屋裡空調是擺設不讓用，説是地熱 凍得第二天都趟鼻涕感冒了了! 熱水放了半個小時都沒熱. 住宿慎重!

屋內空間非常小 衞生較差 服務態度很差 設施缺損嚴重 環境臟亂差，酒店一樓大廳與燒烤店連通，油煙味非常大，樓上走廊與其他商户隔斷僅為一層簾，私密性和安全性無法保證

明明是如家大品牌旗下的子品牌，為什麼要欺騙我們消費者，大冬天外面那麼冷，訂酒店就是想去一個熱水澡，前台告知洗澡設施可以達到50多度，然而洗澡水放了40多分鐘，放出來的水温都是冷的，根本洗不了澡，純純的欺騙人，真是體驗感太差了！！！
