Location is great as it is only a step away to the famous bridge to see part of north korea. The weather was humid and hot during our stay but the ac in the rooms werent cold enough so none of us slept well. The staff service weren’t really great when we asked to cool it down. Very disappointed as they probably could treat us foreigners better when it comes to service

Advantages of this hotel: convenient transportation, just next to Dandong Railway Station, and only more than 3,000 steps away from the Yalu River Broken Bridge. The hotel's hygiene is very good, the cleaning staff are very polite, but the formal staff are average. I obviously have the right of Ctrip members to delay check-out until 14 o'clock, but when I told them, they refused without listening. I was told to check out at 13 o'clock at most, but in the end I had no choice but to go to the station first, which made me not finish my lunch. You can't Take the eggs away!” Who did I think I was talking about? When I saw it, it turned out that it was me. I was shocked. Could this be the staff of this hotel? What kind of quality is this? ! I explained that the eggs contained soy sauce, so I put a piece of paper on them and had no intention of taking them away. He actually walked away without looking back, without even an apology. I will definitely not stay in this hotel next time, even though it is not that expensive and even though it has developed transportation, I will not stay there until I get angry and get angry! When I arrived at the hotel, the cleaning lady was in the midst of “cleaning” my room still. She did the quickest cleaning job imaginable. I don’t believe the bathroom had been sanitized at all -such that I opted not to use the bathtub. The carpets were in great need of vacuuming. When I did my morning exercises, filth from the carpets stuck all over my skin and I could see the furniture hadn’t been moved in ages to vacuum. The room even smelled of dirty carpet. The kitchen had nice food in general and the dining hall was clean. I recommend the duck. However on another occasion I ordered 3 food items and a watermelon juice. The vegetable never came, so when I asked to cancel it, 20 minutes after we were finished eating, they suddenly brought it. I said I didn’t want to pay for it because we needed to leave. All subsequent meals, I was asked if I was really going to eat my food and pay for it. Basically I was treated as if it was my fault their timing was wrong. When I arrived to pay, i was shocked to find that watermelon juice cost 92 yuan for a pitcher. I could have bought 2 watermelons for that price. I wondered if the price was to offset the unwanted vegetables. My view was amazing. I could see the island, North Korea, and the bridges. We could walk of an evening and enjoy the sights. Finally, I began menstruating whilst on the trip. I had no menstrual napkins. This seems like a basic item the hotel should have on hand. They did not. I bled on the sheets. Upon leaving, the cleaning lady began cleaning before I left the room which I found embarrassing. In the hotel’s defense, they let me stay until 2:00 because I wasn’t feeling well, but the cleaning lady should have waited until I left the room before beginning to clean. That was super awkward. The fitness room met my fitness needs. It had equipment and weights. No one was using the fitness room and I preferred to lift weights in the privacy of my room. I borrowed 2 dumbells to use for about 30 minutes. A man saw me walking out with them and befan loudly questioning me in Chinese (a language I speak poorly) and treating me as if I was going to steal them. I was not inconveniencing anyone as no one was exercising.

During the trip to Dandong, I chose this hotel in Moon Island. It is an old brand with outdated facilities, but it has everything you need. There is also a river view for breakfast. It is not far from the scenic spot. There is a night market in Dandong during the May Day holiday , just two minutes away from the hotel, I live in a river view room, and I can see North Korea across the way. The people of Dandong are very warm and hospitable, which left a deep impression on me.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It takes three minutes to walk to the Broken Bridge. Special thanks to the security guard for arranging a parking space for us. In the downtown area where every inch of land is expensive, the car can be parked steadily. The hotel's extra bed 100 also includes breakfast, and the suite has been upgraded. The family of three lived very comfortably. There are all kinds of food in the street behind the hotel! Very recommended to stay

A perfect check-in experience. We were provided with meticulous service from the moment we checked in. The receptionist who received us was very enthusiastic. We forgot to ask for the name of the receptionist. If the leader sees the review and checks it, he can give it a special reward! The service is excellent! The lobby is clean and spacious, with a laundry room and fitness space. The laundry room also provides laundry beads. Although we did not use the laundry room, we were impressed when we saw it. The room is fully equipped and very clean and tidy. Recommended to stay! Very good hotel, with concept and warmth!

The hotel is very good: the facilities are new, the waiters are very friendly, the parking space is sufficient, the environment is good, and you can see the river view. In particular, the sound insulation is good. The next door is a wedding reservation, so we don't feel the noise due to the crowds. The location is a bit far away, it takes half an hour to drive from the broken bridge in the central area. Self-driving travel is recommended.

The hotel was great value for money. The pool was great and the gym was very well equipped. It is located right next to the Wanda Plaza, so food and shopping was a quick walk away. Staff was friendly and could communicate in English. All and all very satisfied. We would use them again in the future.

I didn’t book a river view room, but the guy at the front desk was very nice. He upgraded all 3 of our rooms. Both rooms can see the Yalu River. It’s really great. The children are very happy. The room is clean and tidy, and the service attitude is also very good. The lobby of the hotel is spacious and bright. I recommend it to everyone
