很滿意的一次入住體驗，來海南島的收尾之旅選擇了海花島歐堡酒店，到達酒店大堂之後因為有蠻多行李，在大門口碰到了大堂經理黃鵬輝，其主動過來幫忙拉行李並且協助便利入住，因為第一次來海花島有很多不瞭解的地方，很熱情的拿着地圖跟我們一一講解，很貼心的服務，辦理完入住還幫拉着行李指引送到房間門口，路上一直替我們講解了一些遊玩訊息及酒店和周邊飲食的地方，告訴我們入住期間有什麼事情需要幫忙的隨時聯繫他，這種貼心的服務受寵若驚。

酒店很漂亮，服務很到位，環境很優美，設施很齊備，一個字來説就是“棒”！
入住前一天下午，大堂副理趙金戈和邱英媛就電話聯繫了我們，告知了酒店的相關訊息，並和我添加了微信，細心的整理了酒店的遊玩訊息，包括免費泳池、小童樂園等等訊息，發了停車場的定位，讓我們可以直接開車來酒店地庫，拿行李來大堂辦入住就行了，非常的方便。
酒店房間也很好，舒適乾淨，住着很愜意
衷心希望這些用心做服務的酒店也順利。

歐堡酒店贊贊贊！
第一次入住歐堡酒店，必須給工作人員點贊，入住前一天大堂的金戈經理就提前打電話聯繫我了，一開始還以為是詐騙的呢，金戈經理提前問了我們怎麼來，開不開車、幾個人，得知帶小孩之後給我選了帶帳篷的沙漠城堡，我家小子很喜歡這個房間，玩得很開心。
後面工作人員小邱一直給我們介紹去哪去哪怎麼玩，贊！
酒店房間沒有網上説的那麼小，我覺得很舒服，房間內的衞生乾淨，設施整潔，一塵不染，房間內的配置完全呼應富麗堂皇的大堂和外形，就是豪華的感覺，讓人住的舒服，一進房間就感覺來對地方了。
真的很贊，以後一定會再來的

錯峯出遊真香呀、全程不需要排隊，管家服務非常周到！雖然海花島很大，但是非常乾淨，舒服，綠化做得不錯👍；這個季節島上好多花，超級漂亮，一拍就是大片，建議大家可以來打卡；這次想好好誇誇歐堡酒店，讓我驚喜滿滿呀，管家振宇在我到歐堡前聯繫了我，並且把酒店定位發給我，大堂人不多，前台妹妹很熱情，笑容燦爛，經理姍姍給我們送了花露水，好貼心，和我們講解島上的講解，開放的樂園，很詳細，整體的感覺非常不錯。

海花島真的很美，隨便一拍都是風景，很開心在這邊度過了兩天一夜。在大堂遇到了重慶老鄉小鄧姐姐，十分熱情，聽我們兩口子第一次來，特別熱情地給我們介紹島上的拍照打卡點！特別好！入住後不久接到了酒店經理振宇的電話問候，告知了我們燈光秀的最佳觀賞點，在得知我們乘坐高鐵來玩，還給我們推薦了免費的高鐵接駁線，十分周到。早餐是分時段用餐，我們選了9-10點的，幾乎沒什麼人，用餐體驗很好。為歐堡酒店點贊！
