1、房間一股黴味，應該很久沒住人了。廁所還有蜘蛛網。
2、我在前台訂的房間，特地問服務員就想訂海景房，（大床和海景差一半價格），告訴我單獨一間的海景房床大，兩室一廳的有一個小房間是單人床。其實床都小的要死。1.5m的床，房間好擠。這種一室一廳的一點意義都沒有。
窗外真是一線海景，朝北邊岸上還被遮擋。就那麼一點點。
3、攜程上標註了贈送水果，飲品小零食。（我理解晚上臨時入住不好準備，那麼退房的時候是否主動告知我呢？）
客服找我要好評，我提完意見給我説本年免費給我住一晚。就這誰還願意跑來住。

前台美女小萬小姐姐和小麗小姐姐都好温柔，給人印象很好，海南真的是文明城市。房間乾淨，地理位置也很好，樓下有24小時便利店哦，停車免費，入住後步行不遠就有很多好吃的。

這次入住該酒店是一次非常愉快的，性價比超高，酒店的位置十分便利，周邊配套齊+全。海花島的燈光秀很好看，酒店房間舒適温馨又寬敞，而且採光非常好，隔音效果良好。酒店的前台小麗都很熱情周到，服務態度極-佳。真心覺得這是一家值得信賴的好酒店。

前台員工小麗服務態度很好，很貼心，住的很温暖。太喜歡裏面的裝修風格了，房間還配有洗衣機，房間乾淨整潔，進門一點異味都沒有，酒店離一號島也很近，出行很方便，還可以免費停車，還送了果盤，以後還會再次預訂在家酒店
