Service was fantastic, and the staff were very accommodating. Huge bonus that the receptionist spoke English in such a remote place and made everything so much easier and stress free. Hotel is new and rooms are big and spacious. I’d like to say that the room was super clean however there were stains on the bed sheet after pulling the quilt back. However, the staff were quick to respond and take care of the situation. The house keeper accidentally bought the wrong bedding then had to go back and get the correct size. It was kind of late so it was somewhat frustrating but they took care of the situation quickly. Altogether the stay was great! And they even sent slippers to the room for my daughter with a tooth brush via robot, which they originally said they didn’t have, which was nice of them. Overall a good experience. Always check your bed sheets when traveling. 😜

The hotel is safe in the community, with an elevator for easy travel, a bus stop outside, a night market selling food at the door at night, and a fresh food supermarket downstairs. I had the rice noodle rolls downstairs, it was delicious.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Clean and stylish, the facilities are very new, the bathroom is designed humanely, with wet and dry separation, and smart bathroom. Breakfast is delicious 😋. Great value for money! The front desk service is great. It is indeed an Accor group hotel. I will definitely stay here next time I have the chance to go to Danzhou.

I have lived in so many hotels, this one is really worth giving a good review. First of all, the hygiene is too good. From the lobby to the room, it is spotless. The sheets are white and clean, there is no smell, even the dead corners of the bathroom are polished, and the cleanliness patients are extremely comfortable. Besides the service, the front desk lady has been smiling since entering the door, and she took the initiative to pour warm water when she checked in, and asked where the surrounding area was delicious and fun to introduce patiently. Auntie cleaning is also very diligent, and will take the initiative to say hello when meeting. The big bed is particularly comfortable to sleep, moderately soft and hard, and the quilt is fluffy and warm. The location is also convenient, there are convenience stores and breakfast shops downstairs. In short, I lived very comfortably this time. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable to sleep. There is a buffet breakfast downstairs, there are many categories, I called a sauerkraut fish at noon, the portion is sufficient, because it is a hotel guest, the restaurant is also very affordable

The stay at the Danzhou Seaview Baili Hotel was very pleasant. The check in was convenient and all staff very friendly. The room had a quite modern appearance , was decently equipped and was quite big. Sadly we didnt get a sea/ port sided room, otherwise the view would probably have also been great. The roomservice came every day between 8 and 9 for cleaning and reequipping the room. My only wish would be that when they knock the door twice, they actually wait a little longer for a response. They always entered very quickly and didnt give me enough time to even reach the door and open. The breakfast selection is probably the only thing that was a little disappointing. Not that many choices and only some minor changes every day. Especially the limited fruit selection is a bit sad, given the availability on Hainan. But for the pricepoint of the hotel I dont want to complain much. The food was alright and will definitely get you full. Around the hotel are many shops, restaurants and streetvendors that provide decent choices for dinner. Now to the big plus point, the free of charge clothes washing service (basic washing and drying). Quick and efficient, and you always have fresh clothes given the hot climate. Lastly the hotel also offers a free afternoon tea and snack service at the top floor. Again the choices are very limited, but it is still a nice thing to have. Thanks for the stay.
