酒店環境很藏式風格，一到店就送上薑茶很温暖😆房間贈送了水果，總體感覺很温馨還可以曬到太陽，酒店距離景區很近很方便，玩耍一天回來舒服的洗個熱水澡真的超讚，酒店還會貼心的送上晚安牛奶🥛，餓了還可以到餐廳吃個當地特色一整天超級滿足，酒店員工都很熱情尤其是grace很耐心的講解了景區的各種細節太貼心了❤️❤️❤️

田野的熱情服務，幫我搞定了好多出行的問題，讓我輕鬆不少。希望酒店多一些這樣的員工，真正為客人着想。去景區那天，陰天降温，酒店早上的水温偏低，我覺得酒店的管理需要提升一下，而不是當我跟員工反饋這個問題以後，讓田野來跟我致歉和處理，難道不應該是相應的管理人員為自己的管理不當而致歉嗎？雖然這個問題沒有對我造成什麼損失，但是充分暴露了供應熱水這個部門的問題。
