"From check-in to check-out, everything was thoughtful. The concierge and front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic, even thoughtfully preparing brown sugar ginger tea and welcome fruits. Facilities: The hotel has a 24-hour medical oxygen bar, and just 10 minutes there quickly relieves altitude sickness. The rooms have a diffuse medical oxygen supply, which lowers the perceived altitude to about 2700 meters, allowing for a good night's sleep. Service: As soon as we arrived at the hotel entrance, a butler helped with our luggage and escorted us to our room after check-in. The next morning, when we were checking out, the front desk proactively asked if we needed help with our luggage, which was a very thoughtful touch. Hygiene: The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, was clean, tidy, and well-ventilated. The lobby was also kept spotless at all times. The airport shuttle stop is right outside the hotel, and booking certain room types includes a free airport drop-off, making it the best choice for return journeys."

There are complimentary snacks like local dried apples and pears on the tables, and free rhodiola rosea tea to help with altitude sickness, plus three other drinks to choose from. The scenic photos of the Yading Nature Reserve displayed nearby really show off its beauty. The TV was playing Yading travel tips, so I could relax, sip tea, and learn about the area at the same time. Big thumbs up! The room was spacious and very quiet, so I slept really well. Breakfast was also satisfying. I never expected to find such a gem of a hotel in the ******* region. Great value for money!"

The worst thing about traveling is having an uncomfortable stay, leaving you feeling tired and exhausted the next day, but this place was different; it was very relaxing. "Of all the hotels I stayed at during my trip to Western Sichuan, this was the best I could recommend! First: It was cheap! Incredibly cheap! Excellent value for money! Second: Because it was a new hotel, the facilities were all new and clean! Anyone who's traveled to Western Sichuan knows how important a clean hotel is! Third: It had underfloor heating! When I booked, I saw it had underfloor heating, but the price was so cheap that I even called the owner to confirm it was there and could be turned on. I checked again when I arrived. I was amazed when I went in; the lobby was huge and bright, completely unlike its ordinary appearance from the outside. The only downside is that it's located in a village, making it more suitable for those traveling by car."

"I booked one night in advance, and upon entering the room, I was immediately very satisfied. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were new, the bathroom had a well-designed wet and dry separation, and disposable toiletries were provided. The view from the window was beautiful. The front desk staff were also very friendly and attentive to guests. They even had special rooms with oxygen supply for those experiencing altitude sickness. Medical oxygen cylinders were only 15 yuan. The breakfast was a bit simple, but that was understandable. Overall, I was very satisfied and extended my stay for another day."

"They charge 4-star rates, but the cleanliness is far from it. On the first day, the floor tiles by the door were sticky, clearly from a sugary drink that hadn't been properly mopped. I thought it was a minor issue and let it go. But that should have been my first red flag about the hygiene here. On the second day, after returning from sightseeing, they had only emptied the trash and made the bed. The slippers were just thrown in a pile, and they even left one used slipper where the new ones usually go. The staff told me they don't replace slippers. If you throw them in a pile like that, who would wear them? And they don't discard the used ones, yet they still provide new ones. The bath mat wasn't changed either; they just left a new one, implying we should change it ourselves? The worst part is, the face towels weren't changed either!!! Did they really think refolding them would fool guests? The towels were damp and loosely placed where we had left them on the counter after using them. That's absolutely disgusting! I strongly suspect you use one towel to clean the entire room. How can this place be considered 4-star? Housekeeping training is severely lacking. Cleanliness: Terrible, terrible, terrible."
