GGuest UserThe guesthouse was decorated in a typical ******* style. Although it looked a few years old, the owners were the most welcoming and attentive guests I encountered on the entire trip, so I had to stay an extra day. The owner's wife provided oxygen bags, trekking poles, and other equipment free of charge. The black-boned chicken noodles for breakfast were exceptionally delicious, and we ate almost a whole bowl of the owner's homemade chili sauce. We told her how delicious it was, and the next day we received a huge jar of chili sauce!!! Does anyone understand the joy of traveling?! The owners also distributed apples and pears they grew themselves for free. The pears were incredibly sweet, probably because of the high altitude! When we left, the owner even forced us to eat pears, haha! We've got our fruit covered for the rest of the trip. I hope their business thrives!

GGuest UserThe hotel was very attentive; the receptionist was very welcoming and helped with our luggage. They even thoughtfully provided two gift sets: one containing an oxygen tank, an apple, a hard-boiled egg, a bag of cake, a bottle of milk, and a Snickers bar – all essential for the long trek to Yading. I hadn't even thought of the hotel's thoughtfulness. Plus, we could leave our car in the hotel parking lot the next day when entering the scenic area, which was very convenient. We originally planned to stay another night after coming down from the mountain, but unfortunately, my partner suffered severe altitude sickness on the mountain, so we changed our plans and left early.

AAnonymous UserBest stay in Western Sichuan, located within the daocheng yading park (second stop, 2 mins walk from the bus stop). Very clean comfortable rooms with extremely hot showers, amenities included. Excellent view (highly recommend getting the snow mountain view room). Staff and owners are really kind and helpful. They’ll explain which routes to go if you are hiking up. They do provide electric blankets, didn’t use the electric heater but it is available for colder months. They have their own restaurant which is very convenient and food was delicious! Simple Chinese breakfast included would have liked to have been able to take some food away to eat along the way as wanted to start the hike earlier could consider asking the staff is this would be possible. Do keep in mind the shuttle bus going up to the scenic site can be quite full so do plan ahead. Would definitely stay here again if I ever come back.

GGuest UserThe room was excellent, with a diffused oxygen supply and very hot water, plus underfloor heating. You could see the snow-capped mountains right from the room. The hotel staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, helping us with our luggage and offering ginger tea. They even delivered our stored luggage to the parking lot when we came down from the scenic area, and any issues were resolved promptly. Breakfast was available, making for a truly great experience.

MM551908****Currently, this is the only hotel with the same diffused lighting facilities as the scenic area, which is extremely useful at high altitudes. It's very close to the scenic area, only a three-to-five-minute drive away. The food in the hotel cafeteria is also cheap and delicious. The owner is incredibly kind; when I couldn't get a taxi up the mountain, he specially drove me to the scenic area entrance for free and even offered to call him to pick me up on the way down. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Yading.

📍 **Perfect Location**: Right outside the door is Station No. 3, saving us the hassle of getting up early to queue. An extra half hour of sleep in the morning is crucial when you're hiking at high altitudes! From the window, you can see snow-capped mountains and meadows – the scenery is absolutely stunning.
🧹 **Hygiene Exceeded Expectations**: My biggest concern on the plateau was the accommodation conditions, but this place genuinely pays attention to detail. The bedding was dry and soft, with no dampness; the bathroom was spotless, and the smell of disinfectant was reassuring. The disposable towels and bath towels were pristine and fluffy, and even the corners were meticulously cleaned.
👨🍳 **Heartwarming Service**: The ******* lady at the front desk was warm and attentive, helping us carry our luggage up to the third floor without even breaking a sweat (impressive!). Upon check-in, she offered us warm butter tea and patiently explained precautions for altitude sickness. Although breakfast was simple, there was plenty of hot congee, highland barley cakes, and eggs, providing a warm start before hiking.
💡 **Tip**: The rooms have underfloor heating + a humidifier – a dream come true for those who get cold easily!

NNYimpressionThis hotel has a peaceful atmosphere, in town Daocheng. Not far from the dance square. You can walk 25-30 minutes from bus station during daytime (at night recommend Taxi). The hotel is only one block near the river and you can walk to the White Tower.
The hotel has a friendly staff, her name Tan Hongli (please use translator app to communicate in Chinese). She can assist you and always care for all client inhouse.
The room is large with tea reception area at window. Warm and comfort bed, hot shower is immediate when need.
I would recommend friends to this hotel, and repeat.

Ssnowman1999The room was brand new and fully equipped, including an oxygen concentrator that covered the entire room. The location was also fantastic, right near Shambhala Square, where you could watch local square dancing in the evenings. The front desk lady was very welcoming! Thumbs up! The only downside was a power outage the morning we checked out! Otherwise, everything else was impeccable!
