Hinta-laatu Ok. Ei hieno, mutta ajoi asiansa. Aamupalalla lähti nälkä, hulppea se ei ollut. Seinät olivat paperia, parhaat päivänsä nähnyt hotelli. Siisti ja turvallinen, ystävällinen asiakaspalvelu. Kävelymatkan päässä parikin rantaa ja lukuisia ravintoloita. Bussilla pääsi helposti keskustaan.

Bar is noisy, and tv from the bar is loud Every evening you have to wait until 00h30 to finally have some quiet, and you dont need alarm clock, because at 06h45 all the rooms located near the bar and breakfast aera, you hear the staff dragging the chairs on the floor and making ready the breakfast, impossible to sleep,!! Of course weasked twice to have a quiet rooms ,but they didnt really care!!! We were there for 10days an were counting the days to go back home:(the staff were not really friendly, apart the cleaning lady 's We paid for the breakfast, but we eated only 2 time ,the food was disgusting ,the crumble eggs was the same if you were putting water in your mouth!! Horrible!and not a great food selection, almost no fruits ,as for my daughter (12)she was told that she couldnt bring her own drink ( ice coffee)near the pool unless she consume something from the bar! The biggest problem at this guesthouse ( because i can not call that a 3 star hotel) is the bar !! More people drinks ,more noisy.and not thinking of the guest who are trying to have it quiet!! As the room was very standars, and a little dirty ! I dont recommend this hotel, and certainly not 3 star hotel!! Positif point very well located !! Happy for that

Nice hotel with amazing staff! They were all very kind and friendly. Breakfast was also good. I would definitelly recommend the hotel for a family with kids. We were spending the whole day at the beach as the hotel is very close to the beach area (walking distance) so kids were super happy! I am planning to go back this summer with my kids..

The location is good, good for viking Chania, the beaches are great, the hotel itself and pool are nice. However the beds in the living room were very uncomfortable, and the bedroom didn't have air conditioning. The staff were unfriendly, not once they have smiled, or spoke to us. We have been going to Greek islands for years, and we have never come across with such unfriendly staff. The location doesn't actually have that many restaurants. I would go to this location again, however I would select a different hotel.

I stayed here in August 2022 with my partner and another couple. We had one apartment between 4 of us and were worried it wouldn't be big enough but it worked out well. As you can see in the photos, in the living room the sofa turns into a bed and then they had set up another bed next to it. The beds were comfy enough, I could have done with another pillow though. There is Aircon in the living room which was amazing, in the night it did get warm in the bedroom so you need to leave the bedroom door open. We paid for the safe which I think was €14 for the week. There was also an extra tax we had to pay on arrival but this wasn't much, I think it was €10. The shower was powerful but there was nothing to hold it up. There are 2 hobs and a kettle in the kitchen. We went self catering and found this enough as we only used the kitchen for breakfast. We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant one day and it was a good buffet with quite a large variety continental and the standards eggs etc. The rooms were cleaned almost every day with fresh towels and they washed our dirty plates etc as no washing liquid or cloths were provided. The pool was lovely and warm and gradually goes very deep. It was never too busy and you can drink right by the pool. They have happy hour where drinks are cheaper too. They make good strong cocktails for €5 during this time and beer was about €2. They bring your drinks over to you in the pool which was nice. They had a TV in the bar where people watched football. The staff were nice enough and they have a list of excursions in reception you can book with the tourist shop across the road. We booked the samaria gorge with them which was amazing. The location of the hotel was the best thing about it. There are restaurants all along the road and joining roads. The beaches are also just a 5 min walk. There are multiple beaches which are all lovely. They all are great for snorkeling have toilets and a shop and some have hotel restaurants on the front as well. 2 sun loungers and a parasol is about €10 depending on the beach. We walked into chania centre twice. It takes a while but it's a lovely walk along the beaches and town. I heard there are also buses that are cheap if you don't want to walk. Chania is a great day out and they also run boat trips from there too which we did, you can see an old war aeroplane in the water and an octopus they catch that day. All in all chania crete is a great location to stay at with lots to see and also great for just relaxing. The only thing we didn't find was much of a night life. Veronica hotel is a good budget hotel, if you dont plan to be in your rooms much then there's nothing to worry about. The pool, bar and location were the highlights of the hotel. Really loved Chania and would go again!

Nice pool but and bar. Staff is nice and the location is decent. A problem I had is that the Wifi was so slow I couldn’t even Google something and the internet didn’t even work at All 50% of the time. The Hotel is way to expensive and you can find 10x better ones down the road.

Veronica hotel has very good location, its quite close from the airport (Apx 25min drive) and close to 3 nice beaches ,quiet street. We had beautiful mountains view from our room. Rooms are dated but clean , you can cook there as each room has kitchenette but cooker didn't work properly and many utensils were missing ,no chopping board etc. Pool and bar are nice add on although you kusntn change sun umbreslas position to actually protect from.sun as staff would come in to you and say it is not allowed and you will break the umbrella if it is in other position than what ever they say🤦‍♀️ no music near the pool. Boring and unpleasant. Good thing is that bar provides fast food until 11pm . Overall don't expect too much from this place then you will have a nice stay.
