Ausumm👌 experience Great location,,really pleasant and clean rooms but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay r the staff,,,,All of the staff are helpful and generous with their time and advice,,and one thing more Buffet breakfast served was nice and tasty😋 THANKS FOR MAKING OUR VISIT TO FLORANCE THAT MUCH BETTER 😊💥💥💥💥💥💥💥

The hotel was very good had a great time with my significant other, the staffs were very humble and helpful and had a big smile on the faces everytime. The view from the room was very good, could see the entire Kanchanzunga mountains and was delighted by the surrounding scenaries.

Hotel is good but far away from main centre. Overall experience is good and I recommend to this hotel for stay.All staff are very polite and humble. Food was good specially breakfast of chana bhatura was very good.

Our stay was booked for 2N/3D but we were forced to check out in just 1N due to the room & service. One star for upgrading room from Deluxe to Executive... Thank you for that.. Review on hotel/location 1. The hotel is far away from main city (~4/5 kms). Each time you need to go to the city, you need to spend min Rs 1200. 2. The hotel is located at a remote place where you ll not get anything (Eateries/Tea shop/medical help). 3. If you book/get room with view & if there is no fog, you ll get good view.. Now review on Executive room (Room#506) One word for the room, it's FILTHY. 1. Soon you enter the room, hardly any lights in the room. The fitted bulbs doesn't light the room enough. 2. Bad odours from room/washroom. 3. The room is at top floor so there is no concrete roof. It has asbestos sheet. It makes the cold unbearable. All over the roof water droplets. 4. Furnitures, roof having fungal infections. 5. The window doesn't have proper curtains. The windows were not closing properly neither insulated, cold air enters into the room. 6. Spitting marks near to bed side tables. 7. The room seems never cleaned. Dusts all over. 8. The provided electric kettle is not cleaned. Burnt tea residuces in the kettle. (See attached pic) 9. The geyser was not working. One person came to fix it and told after 15 mins hot water will come but it never came. 10. They charged Rs500 for the room heater which is basic need at winter in those places. 11. The over head tank is never cleaned. The water is not drinkable. 12. Intercom was provided, but it never worked. Took cell no of the person at reception, but whenever I called, not answered nor called back. (Called thrice for diff issues.) Got only call post 20 mins of checkout asking for room heater price. And ***ager told us, "We gave you the best room". If this the condition of the best room, then can imagine the condition of rest. The hotel need a renovation or a complete cleanness and few staffs to be trained on how to talk to customers. Refer the pics attached.

It was an excellent stay over here.. the staff is really very much supportive and caring.. they provided everything we asked for ..from additional blanket to room heater.. i will give 10 out of ten the visit

The location of the resort is really nice with a clear view of whole darjeeling city and kanchunjungha. The stuffs are very helpfull. Safe for family, couples and anyone.choose this resort if you want a peacefull place to stay in Darjeeling away from crowd.

It's a very good resort with calm location, proper hygiene, awesome valley View (from top floor valley facing executive room), satisfactory food and well supportive staff... Especially Vishal Ji who help a lot regarding planning n designing itinerary... Stay recommended...

Me and my husband plus two kids visited last month and below mentioned are the issues 1. Location is far away and anywhere you visit min 500 to 1000 you have to pay taxi which is still ok 2. Staff was horrible, especially lady behind receiptoinst Miss Helen, she thinks she can boss around her staff and guests alike 3. They have small dining area hardly 15-25 can seat comfortably, when we visited they had very big family ovisiting and not very refined people....used to take food with sticky (juthe hathose) and we other guests used to eat at receiptoin sofa.....all items staff would bring these people will finish within a minute. 4. I agree who visit hotel and guests eating habits are beyond control of hotel staff....but when we guests eating at receiptoin sofa used to request staff to serve our food at door of dining hall in our plate (imagine how pathetic but still did it)....staff refused and said no I will keep it inside only. 5. We have to run n rush till buffet table and the moment she drops food in container it is again taken with hand and finish in a moment.....imagine diving till buffet table for food....never once in my holiday trip I had to do it....n next food will come after approx half n hour and repeat of same. 6. When complained to Helen she started shouting back at us ...went inside n asked family who was well seated and fed if they have any issues....then came out n said ma'am only you have issues. 7.then for remaining period I ate outside though my hotel was booked with breakfast n dinner. 8.only staff would have been more understanding and served us in plate at dining door it would still have served us trouble of hunting other restaurants. 9.Very humiliating experience....n I was told rudely write whatever u want in review , we don't care, by Ms. Helen.....will definately not suggest this hotel services even room not same as pics n cleaning service was bad.

I stayed at Rodhi Resort for 2nights,pathetic experience. Food and hygiene was very poor. I can suggest never believe on reviews or pics.Staff was nice , me and my husband fall ill after having their Chinese food.
