"The place is heaven. We took the valley facing villa. It's huge and equivalent to a luxury one bed apartment. We spent 50% of our time sitting in the balcony and taking in the fresh air and view. Weather was perfect. The resort staff is very helpful and courteous. Special mention for Rohan in F&B and Sachin in housekeeping. Overall a beautiful must go resort. No need to go out anywhere. The tea tasting session was also very informative and professional. The person conducting the session was a great Orator. Would highly recommend this place."

"I chose Trinity Hotel Lexicon Matigara for a small anniversary stay but was disappointed by several issues. I had specifically requested a room away from the lift with a good view, yet the assigned room was directly in front of the lift and faced the side of the building with a poor view. The room location caused repeated noise and lack of privacy, which affected our celebration. While the staff were polite, the room allocation felt careless and not in line with the booking request. If this is how room assignments are handled at this property, I’m hesitant to book again. I hope management improves communication and respects guest preferences so future stays better match expectations."

I travelled alone for work and had all my meals there which was awesome and they upgraded my room from single to double room which was big, spacious and so clean. Only the furnitures are old in the room otherwise my experience was very good."

"I stayed in seven seventeen for 3 nights, rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Location is very close to mall road, hardly 5 min walk through shortcut to mall road. Nearby restaurants and shops are available. Room service is also good, staff behavior is welcoming and ready to help anytime. In house restaurant with options of veg and non veg food. Only problem is, the hotel doesn't have lift so you have to climb the stairs every time. Overall a satisfactory experience."

"We came as family and stayed their for 2 nights though lift was not working we have to climbed stair. we booked room with jacuzzi hot water was not enough for the jacuzzi staff was helpful to provide hot bucket of water but it was not the kind of service we expected from 5star property. Location was bit far from mall road. Staff are courteous to help us food was good, although good experience above some points where manger need to take care of."
