Experience has been exceptional at Viceroy. They have excellent staff, excellent food and services were very good. Rooms were nice ambient lit and perfect for couple stays. Washrooms were clean. Best of the bunch was the restaurant staff, they are real gentle***, very well spoken and paid attention to every guest’s needs. Will recommend the property highly to relatives and will visit again. Lasty, view is available for kanchan junga range, which is really nice.

We stayed here for 3 night from 2-5th May . Room had beautiful view of Darjeeling . Interior of room is extremely beautiful. Room service was also quick and good, whatever we requested it came promptly. In Breakfast & dinner there were excellent buffet and with tasty foods. The ***ager, Mr Arindam was very friendly and take care of everything. He also served special dal-khichadi for my 1 year's son . Also the view from the terrace was awesome ❤️

The hotel is beautiful with vintage interiors as well as fascinating views from terrace. The staff is warm and food was good! Overall nice place in Darjeeling as it is quite close from main market and we could explore lot of nearby places which made the overall experience even more memorable!

The hotel is an excellent place to stay. The hotel has historic charm & elegance and located at walking distance from the main mall/market. The rooms are very cozy, well planned, spacious and clean. The food is delicious (buffets) and the staff is very friendly & professional. Mr. Arindam Sen adds his personal charm for ensuring the great experience and hospitality to each guest to make them most comfortable.

The viceroy hotel is in a very convenient location. We took the attic room and the view from balcony was breathtaking with valleys and the sunset view. The wooden attic room was v cold but they have a heater in room. The room could have been spacious. The food spread was amazing and very delicious. Mr Sen takes very good care of his guests and his hospitality is worth mentioning. Thank you Viceroy for creating a memorable experience.

We have stayed in viceroy hotels for 2 nights. The location, cleanliness and food were amazing. Best part of hotel is the food offered by them. I would like to specially thank arindam for his superb involvement across food menu, service and the caring of guests. Great guy. Thanks for amazing experience.

We had a very enjoyable stay this hotel and stayed at the premium attic room which offers a fantastic view of the Kanchenjunga mountain range on a clear day. There are great options to choose from during breakfast. The hotel staff, from the bell boys to the reception staff, were quite polite and very efficient. A special shout out to Mr Arindam Sen who has great hospitality ***agement skills as he truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The mall road is about a 10 minutes walk from the hotel. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Excellent location , superb hospitality of Mr Arindam Sen , you will feel that you are at your own home . All staffs behaviour also good . Spacious room , neat and clean . Clear view of mighty kanchanjungha from room . Must stay there if you are planning to go there .

The best thing during our stay was the food. We enjoyed their buffets. The staff was good and cooperative. The assisted us and we had a warm welcome in the hotel. Special thanks to the food ***ager for dealing in such a good ***ner and telling us about everything.
