Service slow and food taste not Satisfactory.

I had a wonderful experience at Sterling, Darjeeling, largely thanks to the amazing hospitality of Mr. Rushen in the Clubhouse. He was courteous, lively, and friendly, making every visit enjoyable. The rooms were clean and spacious, with good furniture, and the entire staff was courteous. I do wish there were a few more games in the Clubhouse. The views from the hotel balcony were stunning, adding to an overall fantastic stay. Highly recommended!

All the games are encouraging and enjoying. Come and have fun. Discover center is good The experience is highly good, we enjoyed the intelligent riddles by Promi and helping nature of Rushan and Dinesh and Kundan. We experienced a cherishable movement in this rainy weather

The rooms were always clean and well maintained, the scenery from the room was picturesque and exhilarating, the food was great too. The staff was very respectful, kind and helpful, Birsika, Rushen, Promise and Denesh to name a few. The activity room was always accessible and we had a few books too to read from. The overall experience was superb. We had a few issues with some electronic equipment but overlooking it the whole experience was highly enjoyable and worth it.

hi team, we had a great stay in sterling darjeeling Kangchenjunga view point from sterling its a stunning view we celebrated our 9th anniversary with candle light dinner that was an a great experience and all the foods they served was fabulous!!! Team CHANDAN, ARUN, ROSHAN, PRAMOD done a great job and gave me a memorable dinner really we appreciate sterling darjeeling having a wonderful team we proudly says that we are sterling family

Had the opportunity to stay in Sterling Hotel, Darjeeling for 3 nights and 4 days with my brother’s and mine family. All 6 of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The best part was that we were allotted Room No. 1034 which has wonderful view of Kanchenjunga. Thanks to the good weather, we could see Kanchenjunga on all 3 days. Having tea in the balcony overlooking Kanchenjunga was an unforgettable experience. Staff and services were also very good. I usually avoid shopping from the shops located in the Hotel complex it in this hotel, pur experience of shopping from A2 (Amit’s Apparel) was also very good. Not only their collection is good but also very good pricing. Either at par with the Darjeeling market or may be bit better

Nicest staff and clean rooms with beautiful views.Mr Arun Thapa from the restaurant was very kind and catered to our every need. The view of Kanchenjunga in the morning is a sight to behold. Food is really good and the local momos is a must try.

Fantastic staff, rooms, views and facilities. Every customer is well attended to by DC sir, Restaurant Managers Mr Ganguly, Chef Mr Sundar, Mr. Pramod, House keeping staff, Activities team, and Room Services teams. Thank you for the amazing experience and stay. This was truly memorable.

We had a excellent trip , the place is magical , Mr Pemba gave us a Spectacular room with a breath taking view , We were lucky to see the snow clad peaks , also would like to mention that all the staff at the restaurant especially Mr Kaushik , Mr Gaurang helped us , A Big Thanks from our family for the way they treated us during our stay , even our Cab driver Mr Suman Subba was so calm and relaxed , Thanks

Great experience at sterling Darjeeling! May 24! Special mention of Chef Deeraj who took special care of our requests and gave us the most delicious food !!! He was so warm and forthcoming and made our dining experience great. Excellent chef indeed ! Also special mention of F&B manger Kaushik Ganguly! Great hospitality, ever smiling and very courteous! Was always a pleasure meeting him and he made us feel so comfortable. Dining staff Bijendra and Sunita were excellent. All of them made our stay excellent! Front desk staff very polite too. Sterling is well located and has a beautiful view of the kanchanjunga range from the resort view point . Highly recommended!!!!

My favourite part about the resort was the restaurant and the food choices for breakfast and dinner. The location is great overlooking the mountains. The entire restaurant staff is very friendly and especially chef Sushil whose cooking is outstanding.

I am excited to experience cake making classes organised by Sterling Resort, I enjoy the class and lots of fun with other guests. The Chef, Negi and the hotel staff, Asmi are so cooperative and well behaved, also very helpful. Our stay in Stetling is excellent, the room is highly specious and direct view of Kanchanjangha from hotel room is highly mesmerizing.

Had an excellent stay at sterling Darjeeling with family. The food was excellent.The rooms were clean.Special mention to rushen rai who was very sweet and entertained us with his beautiful singing. Highly recommend everyone to visit the resort
