I stayed in the hotel for four nights. The hotel is only one Hyde Park away from the train station. It is convenient to travel to Circular Quay and the bus station to the beach. The location is very good. There are many attractions around and can be reached on foot. The hotel is relatively old. It was on the third floor. The outside was blocked by other buildings and the view was not good. The shower facilities in the bathroom didn't feel very sensitive and made strange noises.

Aircon remote control batteries run out, and the aircon is having some issues.
No table / chairs are provided at the balcony
Utensils are not cleaned, the drying rack is rusty
Asked for vacuum cleaner only have to picked up and returned myself
Ask for room housekeeping was declined due to the time has passed which is not true
Water is weak for the shower
Shower head is leaking
