Arrived at reception and met by Michelle and Kelly. Probably the friendliest most helpful hotel staff I've met in years. Good banter and made to feel welcome. It's a pity all staff can't be like these two.... The missus has a medical issue and needs a cool room. They don't have aircon here but Kelly came up to the room with us to make sure it had a fan... top marks girls.

Staff amazing & super friendly. Hotel is in a fantastic location and rooms are comfy/clean. Just would like to say a big thank you to Kelly who has been very kind, going above & beyond providing us with recommendations (to eat) within the local area. It’s been a breeze to meet somebody so friendly & will definitely return.

Bed comfy Space for 2 adults and 2 children Room hot WiFi £3 per 24 hours needs to be removed when paying £144 for a 2 night stay

There 8 nights & no change of bedding or towels. Lack of storage. Rubbish not emptied. Certainly unsuitable for a stay of more than night or two.

A very friendly and helpful welcome from Michelle who was on reception. The hotel is in a good location and close to local amenities etc. The room was clean and well equipped, with extra tea, coffee etc available in reception. Free car parking

Massive Thank you to Michelle, Sue and Kirsty (Manager) I always feel so welcome when I go back to the hotel and what I like is that they remember me and I've seen the same with other people who visit as well I had to make a quick call just to check on something and Kirsty answered and it was lovely with, oh its lovely your coming back, if you need anything please let me know. This is what customer care is all about and to me, speaks volume and why I've returned on a number of occasions and also this time booked with 2 other people The rooms are extremely clean and the whole place smells, feels and looks clear and fresh. Thank you so much for agian a great stay.

One night stopover with the two dogs, clean quiet and helpful staff member called Cazzie even pointed out a park to us to take the dogs to in the morning for a wander.
