We only stayed one night, but check-in was very friendly and we were given a drink as there was a delay. Our room was very nice although we unfortunately didn't have bedside tables. We were able to order food to our room and had a free parking space. Overall a nice experience.
Someone deducted money from my bank card when I ate in a hotel, and it was refunded to me after 3 or 4 reminders. Because of the change in exchange rate, I lost 200 RMB. The hotel is located in an industrial park. There is no environment to speak of. There are only 2 to 3 places to eat in the surrounding area. Japanese food only accepts cash, and Thai food has a minimum consumption standard.

The only positive thing about this stay was Sam, the front desk associate who checked me in, explained everything, and provided my Titanium benefits to me, including an upgrade to a corner room. If it wasn't for Sam and and the upgarde, this would be a one star review. The negatives. I was surprised when I returned at the end of my 2nd day to see that housekeeping hadn't come to my room. When I went to the front desk downstairs, I was told for shorter stays (I was staying for 3 days) housekeeping doesn't come. They provided toilet paper and when I asked about my rubbish piling up (there is only a small bin in the bathroom, and nothing in the living area), I was show where I could dispose of rubbish on my own. I've stayed in over 1000 hotels all over the world, and never had to take out my own rubbish before. The bed only comes with two pillows, and they don't use a fitted sheet and mattress cover to cover the mattress. So, the normal sheet that barely covers the mattress under your body pulls away easily and you often are sleeping directly on the disgusting mattress. The centrally controllled AC wasn't working efficiently either on the 90 degree days. I had a booking for this hotel again in October, but I just now cancelled it so I can stay in a proper Hilton hotel in Frankfurt with air conditioning and housekeeping that doesn't require me to take out my own rubbish.

This hotel worked well for me due to the downtown location near where I was working. The hotel was comfortable with nothing really standing out as being good or bad. Decor in communal areas is quite funky but otherwise nothing remarkable about this place. When I checked out I was told I had to pay even though cost was being charged direct to an agency so just managed to avoid paying twice.

Kinda hip…. Kinda industrial… well done! Glad Moxy is coming into the German market. Glad to stay at the Moxy in any city I can. Reasonably priced, with breakfast, comfy DOUBLE beds. Who could ask for more. 2nd visit here and I know I’ll be back next time.

I checked in. The room was prepaid and they took a credit for incidentals. All good. I went down half an hour later to get a beverage and got told I needed to pay in cash. Made no sense at all. Their English was terrible and their German not much better. That doesn't worry me at all, but them not being able to answer my questions was frustrating. The air con did not work. They said they would send housekeeping (??) I check out 2 days later. No one came to help. Late on my first day the power failed. No TV, no aircon (even if it did work) No toilet, yes, the toilet needs power to flush. Imagine the mess after 2 nights. I told them and they said someone would come. The next morning I told them again and they said the maintenance people were just having breakfast. They never came. 2 nights with no power. I complained again at check out and the girl at check out said sorry and there is nothing they can do. Avoid this place at all costs. There are so many new options in the area check those out. I am taking this up with Marriott and Amex.

The hotel is good but the customer experience is terrible. On the first day they did an authorazisation transcaction much higher than my actual reservation. I cleared my bill at the check out day but the difference (approx 200 euros) is still blocked after 20 days. I have called them i have send 2 emails and nothing! Unacceptable behavior!

Great city hotel, friendly reception and good service. The rooms are a bit small and you have to make do without a wardrobe or similar storage space. This is difficult if you are staying for several days. However, a hotel in this location without parking spaces is a disgrace.

The service and the staff at the front desk are an absolute disaster. Everything from an unfriendly greeting, no idea about their own booking system, to being thrown out of the meeting room we had booked, was there. The tone here is harsh and unprofessional. The employees are incompetent, grumpy, have absolutely no crisis management or training, leadership and management seem non-existent... at least to date, no response. There has also been no refund of the costs. Or a response to my email, apart from a friendly employee putting me off. The guest is worth nothing here, let alone a king. A complete failure of service and customer service. I can only advise everyone against this hotel. The hotel itself is very nicely decorated, but unfortunately the stylish furnishings cannot make up for the disaster of the employees. I would never recommend the hotel, neither for business nor for private reasons.
