I am satisfied with this hotel from check in process till the check out. Everything went on smoothly. Most importantly, the bed is comfortable and clean. The wc is warmed for the winter season which is greatly appreciated. I had a chance to speak with Xiau Du and true enough she is very helpful. The staffs may need to learn from her as her standard can be quite high being an experienced manager. I had a few occasion when other guests are speaking a little too loud, but the staffs handled it very professionally. I respect that. And I do appreciate that they care about every guests. It takes about 5 min drive to the entrance of the National Park, which need to flag down a taxi and every time, need to haggle with their pricing. Standard is rmb15, but some will charge rmb20. The hotel is located right next to all the food restaurant and convenient stores. Overall, the stay is really good and glad to be able to find this hotel. Hope to come back again for even greater experience. All the best to the hotel. Maintain the cleanliness and provide more assistance to international guests would definitely be a great thing for the hotel to come out greater than the rest of the nearby hotels. We were greeted warmly by the hotel manager, Xiao Du. She is very professional and courteous. Upgraded our room. Many thanks for her to solve our problems on the following days reservation with other hotel. Happy to stay for another 2 days in this hotel.

The Ji Sheng Hotel is located just 2 mins walk from Xingyu Hotel, so if one is taking the bus from Huanglong Jiuzhai station just stop at the final location. The hotel is clean, room is good and spacious. The service at the front desk is fantastic, giving lots of concern and very helpful about where and what to do, booking advices etc. There are also many eateries and groceries and fruit shops around the area. Take a cab or didi to the Jiuzhaigou entrance is only 15Y. The breakfast is good, but when I stayed here for 3 nights it is all the same every morning. Food is mediocre but acceptable. Overall I give 5 star rating.

Spent two very comfortable nights at this hotel. One of the benefits is that is is close to Jiuzhai Park, but the best experience lies on its front office girls. Among them, Yang and Meadow offered an excellent service. With their great attitude they made me feel welcome at the hotel. Rooms are of a decent size and the bed was so comfortable that I had very good, refreshing nights. Will no doubt recommend it to my friends.

Charming little local hotel near Jiuzhaigou park and local hot pot restos. Family suite is nicely laid out with big rooms and comfortable beds. Our issue was really the malfunctioning toilet that took their engineering staff around 2 to 3 hours to repair, leaving water also all over the bathroom floor. Breakfast was also mediocre so we didn't go back the 2nd and 3rd days. However, the size of the rooms and cute projector TV still made it good value for money.

Location quite convenient. Have plenty convenience stores surrounding. The room clean but there was a bug crawl on the floor. One of the receptionist not very friendly. Overall okay.

The room environment is very good. There are many restaurants nearby. You can choose to walk to the entrance of the scenic spot. The front desk will provide timely help if you need anything. The service is warm and comfortable.

The room type I booked was upgraded for free, and I was very satisfied. Thanks to the ladies for their care. When I first arrived, the lobby was warm, and we were given warm mineral water. The room was clean and tidy, and there were disposable items. No worries at all. It only takes 20 yuan to take a taxi from the entrance of the scenic spot, and it arrives in a few minutes. It is also convenient to go back to the high-speed rail station in the afternoon. It is very convenient to go back and forth. I look forward to staying here again next time. I will still choose this hotel!

I was worried because there were no Korean reviews, but the hotel was newly built, so it was very clean and nice. When I first arrived at Guchaegu, it was so cold, but the staff gave me warm water, which was nice. Even though I didn't speak the language, they actively tried to communicate using a translator and were very kind.
