The hotel is very close to the train station, just turn left and it's 100 meters away. The front desk staff is very friendly and always smiling. The room is bigger than expected, very suitable for business trips.

I am very satisfied and happy with my stay at this hotel. Staff was super friendly. Rooms were very clean amd perfect location. Just few minutes walk to and from Darmstadt Hauptbahnhof. Simply excellent stay and would hundred percent recommend.

Friendly staff, room and bathroom clean! Good location for the train station and the city center. If you are sensitive to noise, make sure you book a room that is not on the side of the train tracks. But the windows are pretty well soundproofed.

Very, very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Special requests for additional heating for the room, blanket and kettle were met promptly and with a smile. Since the hotel unfortunately does not have a restaurant, you are allowed to eat food from the delivery service in the lobby and you are even given cutlery, napkins and salt/pepper. The empty packaging is disposed of - again with a smile. The rooms on the 5th floor are large, new and very well soundproofed - the view of the station and the tracks is great. The hotel is definitely recommended for short stays - both for rail travelers and those traveling by car (parking is directly behind the building).

Great location, next to the train station, although my room has a window facing the station, the noise from the trains is not annoying. Attentive reception, room cleaning every 7 days of stay, breakfast with fresh and good quality products.
