"Although it's a bit far from the station, the facilities were clean and I was satisfied with the price. The problem was the service. By default, rooms are only cleaned once during a one-week stay. This was explained to me at check-in, and they also said to let me know if cleaning was needed. I don't mind that, but since there's no refrigerator, on cleaning day I left a note saying, "Please leave the air conditioning on," and left a tip. However, when I returned, the air conditioning was turned off and the chocolate I had bought had melted. Of course, the tip and paper I had left were gone too. It was written in German and English, but maybe the staff couldn't read it? It was a very unpleasant experience. And apparently, my family's room hadn't even been cleaned, and when they went to complain to the front desk, they weren't even apologized for. They were then insulted, saying, "I can't understand your German." This was the first time I'd ever experienced such an unpleasant hotel. The service was the worst ever."

"First of all, during check-in, they couldn’t find my reservation and seemed quite confused, which caused a significant delay. Right in front of the main entrance, guests were constantly gathered smoking, so every time I went in and out, the smell of cigarettes was very unpleasant. None of the staff properly guided them to a designated smoking area. The breakfast (€18) was very poor, consisting of cheap ham, sausages, and wilted salads. There was no egg station either. The rooftop pool was open, but the water was so cold that it was unusable. When I went back in the evening, the water was warmer, but it was too crowded to use. Additionally, when I made the reservation, I mentioned that it was my wife’s birthday and expected something like champagne or a fruit basket, as some hotels provide for special occasions. However, there was nothing. When I asked the front desk just in case, they said they do offer such services but were unaware of my request. Instead, they said they would prepare something special for breakfast, but all they did was place a birthday napkin on the reserved table. Haha."

The overall stay experience far exceeds expectations, the price is super high, I will choose this hotel next time I come here, and I highly recommend it to everyone!"

After expecting my money automatically to be returned and it not being transferred, I requested it formally and they denied that I was ever there. Pure nightmare. As they told me, I would advise you to request a formal letter of overbooking when they turn you to the street and keep your money."
