I am very satisfied and happy with my stay at this hotel. Staff was super friendly. Rooms were very clean amd perfect location. Just few minutes walk to and from Darmstadt Hauptbahnhof. Simply excellent stay and would hundred percent recommend.

Das überteuerte Frühstück fehlten Eier, Früchte, Müsli etc. Es wurde nichts aufgefüllt. Der Frühstücksservice war unauffällig bis nicht vorhanden. Die Bar schloss um 22:00. Keine Minibar , Getränke aus einem Getränkeautomaten, der nur Bargeld akteptierte. Während des gesamten Aufenthaltes war die Brandmeldetechnik ausser Betrieb.

Freundliches Personal, Zimmer und Bad sauber ! Gute Lage zum Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt. Bei Lärmempfindlichkeit eventuell darauf achten, ein Zimmer nicht zu der Seite der Bahngleise zu buchen. Aber die Fenster recht gut schallisoliert.

Sehr, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereiter Mitarbeitende an der Rezeption. Sonderwünsche nach einer zusätzlichen Heizung für das Zimmer, Decke und Wasserkocher wurden prompt und mit einem Lächeln erfüllt. Da das Hotel leider über kein Restaurant verfügt, wird es gestattet, in der Lobby das Essen vom Lieferdienst zu essen und man bekommt dafür sogar Besteck, Serviette und Salz/Pfeffer hingestellt. Die leeren Verpackungen werden - wieder mit einem Lächeln - entsorgt. Die Zimmer im 5. Stock sind gross, neu und sehr gut schallisoliert - der Blick auf den Bahnhof und die Gleise ist toll. Das Hotel ist definitiv eine Empfehlung für kurze Aufenthalte - sowohl für Bahnreisende als auch für PKW-Reisende (Parkplatz ist direkt hinter dem Haus).
