The location is a bit off from central cbd but it also means a lot quieter . The rooftop bar unbeatable and the shuttle service tk Mindil Beach a big plus. However , I was not aware I have t in book because the line about booking so small.
But no manual in room on washing machine and no instruction on where to put the trash.
The pool also very nice

The sea view room is very good, with a wide view and a swimming pool. The sunset bar on the rooftop is very comfortable, but the sunset is blocked by the building in front and cannot be seen.

The hotel is quite satisfactory. The facilities in the room feel like the original design of a nursing home. The bathroom safety facilities are complete, not like a hotel. There are two elevators, and it takes a long time to go down to the first floor until the check out time. The reservation can be made without breakfast. If you order a la carte, 15-20 Australian dollars per person is enough. The breakfast is very simple.

The facilities in the room are the same as the description but specially booked for the client is the exterior darwin harbour but facing the swimming pool. This description is wrong. The smell of sewage in the 5000 RMB room is unbearable. That's it? Plus the elevator wait time is long when the hotel is busy. The price is higher than the service and facilities.

The rooms are magnificent , views wonderful, breakfasts amazing.. Short walk to the city or Waterfront for amazing restaurants.
ROOFTOP bar is fantastic, ,would recommend it to anybody .

Friendly staff who went above and beyond for us to enjoy our vacation, breakfast was included each morning as well as free car parking, this will be my permanent residence when visiting Darwin in the future

Fifth time at Zen. Rooftop bar is outstanding, and breakfast has improved. It was always good. Great coffee.

Rooms were excellent...enjoyed much time on the covered balcony. Zen was far enough from downtown that it was quiet, but close enough to easily walk to shopping, and some bars and restaurants. Pool was beautiful and clean. Horizen cafe served delicious breakfasts. Parking was easy. Rooftop bar was a definite plus. Would highly recommend this place.

Nice clean spacious Hotel, all amenities are well maintained, really lovely pool, perfect for a family getaway, minutes walk to city centre and waterfront, friendly staff and great added vouchers for breakfast and welcome drinks, all in all a top spot for a staycation or if you have guests coming to town,

This is one hotel that never fails. Whenever I visit Darwin this is always my go to hotel. Super friendly staff, stunning views, great facilities and a wonderful atmosphere always ensures a happy stay

The Property itself was perfect for what we needed. Much better than a Hotel as it has a kitchenette, washer, dryer, stove, fridge, oven AND dishwasher all within the cozy apartment. It was spacious enough for the two of us with an awesome balcony to watch the storms and lightning! With the option of a smoking room - it was perfect for my Husband who usually has to wander downstairs with a Hotel. The staff were BRILLIANT - we were there for his 40th bucket list of watching the storms in Darwin. I noted this request when I made the booking and they delivered :) We got a fabulous view, nice and high up AND a Happy Birthday note on our bed upon arrival. We felt very welcomed at the Ramada. Beautiful Pool, fabulous inhouse breakfast Café and we LOVED the roof top garden and bar!! Everything was very close - while it was too hot to walk, we did hire a car and (surprisingly) we did not get lost! We are already making plans for another visit in 2024. Ramada Suites was our home away from home and we highly recommend these Suits against a Hotel any day!! Thank you to the Staff of the Ramada - 11 out of 10 stars.
