Stayed recently in H on mitchel hotel apartments in Darwin. We arrived late afternoon checked in and receptionist informed us there was no fresh bedding or towels or pool towels available, they where not sure what time they would received them, as having problems with laundry, and would it be ok for us to make the bed when it arrives later 😬 Went to the room in the lift and as soon as the lift opened we could smell a mouldy smell carpets in the lobby’s where stained Room was nice the lay out with more than enough utilities you need on holiday, not clean enough for me, bed was not made and we could see bedding pillows quilt & mattress protector was stained We couldn’t use the pool that day as no pools towels Laundry delivery arrived in the evening my hubby asked as we left for dinner could you please make our beds up for our return later that evening, which it was on our return that night, but put me off knowing the bedding wasn’t clean Stayed in the hotel for a week requested room to be made up every day, no change of bedding in the week we where there Towels changed once and every time you want to go to the pool you have to get the lift downstairs to reception and asked for pool towels, pool is very basic in need of a upgrade not a pool you can chill out around, Second last day we where there we asked the room to be made up on our return that day nothing was cleaned Aparts from a new bath mat was replaced, All of this above was reported to reception but they really didn’t care just said I will make a note of it! A certain member of staff there, just looked at us saying sorry sorry
