Overpriced for the rooms available. Rooms desperately appear to need renewal. Carpets are worn and replacement squares poorly installed. Rusty appliances and door frames.
Good range of quality soaps and lotions.
Staffing shortages and full house meant waiting until roughly 6pm for our room but only one hour late check out...
Tiny rooms with poor outlook unless you go out to the balcony in our room.
I won't return, too many better options around Darwin.

Was a great place to stay. Disappointed that the pool was being upgraded and nothing on website to tell us it was unavailable before booking it would be out. Booked a room with a king bed, but bed was clearly a queen. Small things I know but overall would stay there again.

I always stay here when in town - there is only one thing that annoys me, the charge of $200 deposit.
I have already paid for my room in advance - so why am I being charged another $200 that doesnt get recredited to my credit card until the end of the month?
Its not like i could be stealing anything from the fridge - there is no minibar just a little box of milk.
Any room service could be immediately booked against a card.
It just seems a bit dishonest of a hotel to hotel to needlessly hold onto $200 from literally hundreds and hundreds of customers a month.
What guest is going to check their credit card payments the next month to make sure the refund has arrived.
Its really treating guests disrespectfully, telling every guest they are a potential thief snd may checkout with a bedside lamp in their luggage.
Surely the hotel has insurance for actual theft?
A very bad guest experience being asked for this money, especially after already having paid in advance, and being a regular guest!

We were upgraded to a 1 bed apartment on the top floor, great views and clean. The bed was terrible and well overdue for replacement but the rest of the apartment was good. We were very disappointed that the pool was closed and the restaurant was also closed for dinner. The breakfast was very nice as were all the staff in the restaurant and hotel.

Alles ok, Pool leider in Wartung, Nachbarhotel Pool auch in Wartung. Weiteres Hotel im Austausch Pool hatte angeblich keinen Pool, aber ein Tag drauf alles im grünen Bereich. Standort ist gut

Aircon didn’t work in the first room which took a lot of convincing to the front desk but by 9.30pm they realised it wasn’t working by this time we had sweated enough.
Then was downgraded with the next room.
We have used mantra pandanas for the last ten years and also are members of the Accor group as we are Darwinites that work and live remote.
Sunday 26/10/2023 will be the last time we set foot inside that building ever again it’s been turned into a glorified workers camp.

We checked in late around 9.30pm, and checked out before 10.00am.
So our stay was very short, but once we found the hotel and car park, it’s was good.
Great access to car park and our room 👍
