1.服務態度：服務員根本聽不懂你在説什麼！！！腦子都不知道在哪兒？你跟他説，要兩瓶水，給你送一瓶，你再跟他説，要兩雙拖鞋，給的還是一雙。問他跟攜程有沒有合作能不能升級房型，她説我不知道，你問攜程，差到極致！！！該囑咐得一句話不説，就知道在前台聊天，比2星酒店還差勁！！！碰巧遇到他們老闆，他們對老闆喜笑顏開，對顧客很沒耐心，完全裝樣子！！！
2.餐飲：好多都涼了，豆漿兑水！！？咖啡也兑水！！！沒有咖啡伴侶。玉米有點嗖！！！哈密瓜沾頭髮！！！
3.房間：味道特別大！！！差點犯哮喘.不停的咳嗽打噴嚏🤧。冰箱裏空空如也，噪音特別大！！？枕頭都沒換枕套，還有毛毛和頭髮。
4.衞浴：衞生紙衹有一卷半，也沒有消毒濕巾。
5.大廳：特別空，啥也沒有，服務員普通擺設！！！電梯不用刷卡，隨便進，小偷也能隨時上樓。
總結：最多2星級！！！
這是我住過最差勁的5星🌟🌟🌟！！！

設施：新酒店，但是酒店沒有冷風，前台説本地涼快中央空調衹有暖風
環境：周邊配套暫無
衞生：入住後沒有洗髮水，且衞生間發臭，不知道是不是個例
服務：處理問題水平一般，早餐達不到星級酒店水平，節假日週末時間早餐居然説9點結束…
總體感覺，缺乏專業的酒店運營指導，待提高

酒店比較新，房間也很大，停車方便，性價比挺高，就是周邊吃飯逛得比較少。需要開車出行。下次如果來大同，還會選擇住這家。
