酒店挺不錯的，我們訂了倆間房，入住安排在一層，我們很方便，房間配置很齊全，毛巾浴巾也是消毒後密封獨立包裝，床品很舒適，晚上給配送了果盤和酸奶，早餐豐盛，濟南名吃基本都有，退房很快，前台工作人員王霞詢問了入住感受，還送了孩子小禮物，送到酒店門口，很熱情的一個客服，還有房務部12曹文菊，服務特別到位，家人生病了，主動拿水，防疫包和熱飯，非常親切，餐飲部8號王霞，會詢問餐品是否滿意，很照顧小朋友，下次還住吉華。
