This is a relatively good niche high-end hotel in Duma. The service staff is friendly and well-trained. The facilities need to be improved and updated, especially the use of mattresses...

On the pricier side, but worth it. It's wonderful; staff, diving options, location, massages, the design of the resort, and the room/house you stay in, all of it.

Very very good hotel with an exceptional in house restaurant. Room was clean and comfortable and hotel benefits from a great house reef and connections to the stunning Apo Island where we saw possibly the most beautiful reefs we’ve ever seen, amazing sea life and turtles! We were snorkelling but the hotel is a dream for divers.

Food is very good, view is very nice and there is a lot of attentive staff. The hotel is from 2008, accordingly it needs some maintenance and renovation. Unfortanately I paid way too much for my premium suite (eur 450). You will find many comparable places around here for much less money if you look on Google Maps. For half the money you will also find more modern places. In addition this hotel charges extra for many things. Espresso or Café Latte are charged on top as 'speciality drinks' during breakfast. This place claims it is the most luxurious resort in the Philippines and serves americano coffee in hostel quality. The gym can't be used and I have never seen a guest there, because it is obviously too hot outdoors. For this price I'd expect an air-conditioned gym or a card to an adjacent gym. The house reef is very lively, but you can go snorkelihg perfectly well in one of the adjacent resorts with better value. I was quite disappointed and shared my concerns with management. I would have preferred to leave earlier, receive a compensatio and switch to a more fair and trustworty accomodation. Management was completely uncooperative and did not make an effort to make my stay more worthwhile or pay even a partial refund. I contacted the PADI travel agency and after five hours they got them to agree to at least offer an alternative room. I am looking forward to leaving this place in a few days and continuing my holiday in the Philippines with calm and peace.

My wife and I recently enjoyed a wonderful 10-day stay at A**osphere Resort, during our diving vacation in April 2024. The resort itself is lovely, with three swimming pools and nicely landscaped grounds that provide a great backdrop for relaxation. The rooms were spacious and cozy, giving us a comfortable retreat at the end of each day. Their restaurant offers a great variety of delicious food, which was consistently enjoyable. Their dive operation was very good. The staff were professional and accommodating, ensuring our diving experiences were smooth and enjoyable. We encountered a diverse array of marine life, including frogfish, seahorses, cuttlefish, harlequin shrimp, and mantis shrimps. What made this resort special is its family-friendly a**osphere: it offers a great opportunity for divers with children to enjoy a diving vacation, with activities tailored for both adults and kids. We would definitely consider returning to this resort.

Dream hotel - very spacious rooms/villas, beautiful gardens, excellent food and top pools. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. We felt very comfortable. Swimming in the sea is difficult because there are stones and often waves. The beach is very nice though.

Essentially a very good hotel but there are some *******. We had a pool villa which was spacious and well equipped, but needed some maintenance; neither of the door locks worked easily. The bathroom was vast, with stones set into a concrete floor. Looks pretty but is less comfortable to walk on than a flat floor. The windows looked out over about 10m to the windows of the adjacent villa. Which meant we kept the blinds closed throughout. Bed was comfortable. The pool at the front of the villa was very nice, but separated from the path by some scrubby bamboo so did not feel private. On the far side of the path was a fairly unattractive metal fence. Which meant we didn’t really use the pool. The restaurants were very good with lovely staff, and the bar staff were also very friendly. 20% of the menu is vegan. Which is lovely if you’re among the <2% of the population who are vegan, but restricts choice of other food. We did a snorkel trip to Apo which was absolutely superb, and highly recommended

My family and I have already been to A**osphere twice. Our first stay was last April 2022 and we went back again the following year in October. We had a great time staying at A**osphere. The breakfast was great however, options are limited and they serve the same breakfast menu every day. But it didn't matter because the place was so quiet and calming. Last October we even booked a diving trip to Apo Island with them and the food that was served included in our package was absolutely the best, we were treated luxuriously. After our dive, we were served warm face towels to freshen up our faces and fresh, clean beach towels to dry ourselves as well, fresh fruits, cookies (it was the best cookies I ever tasted), tea and ice-cold water. The staff and guides were awesome too! they were very accommodating and the best part is they take nice photos and videos underwater. Orientation is also provided before departing to Apo and a recap of the orientation will also be discussed before we jump into the water. They also explain and tell you the kind of fish or corals that you see underwater, You may check out the video on my Instagram account. My cousin also took her diving lessons and got her diving certificate with them last April 2022. Equipments are readily available, they have diving masks, snorkels, flippers and water shoes. We had our own masks and snorkels so, we just used their other equipments. All in all, it was a matchless experience! My family and I had a great time and we surely are all relaxed and took a lot of Instagramable photos to share with our friends and on our socials.
