"The hotel is located on the seafront. The grounds are cozy and beautiful. The restaurant offers a beautiful view of the sea, and the sunrises were very impressive. The rooms in the building opposite reception are very spacious. The food is delicious, the portions are large, and the dishes are beautifully presented. To the left of the hotel is a small, vibrant reef with lots of fish. The hotel has a dive center on site; we booked a diving trip to Apo with them; they had good equipment and excellent organization. Diving at Apo was very impressive. We rented a car and driver and explored the sights of Valencia: waterfalls, hot springs, and lakes. We went to the center of Negros to see caves and waterfalls. We really enjoyed it. You can call a taxi or tricycle through reception to get to your desired destination. Requests: arrange for a massage therapist to be arranged through reception to the hotel."

"It's a bit difficult to review this hotel. What made us most angry was that they charged us a child fee when we arrived at the hotel, so friends with children should pay attention, which is about 180 per night. "It's definitely a ”small paradise” on the coast of the island. When we arrived at the hotel, our first impression was wow! Exotic and lush green gardens everywhere! So relaxing and peaceful environment after a long ride outside of the hotel. The staff were smiling, friendly, helpful and kind. They helped us in our needs and inquiries. In fact, they gave us a ride when we checked out. The breakfast was ok. A typical Filipino dish. It would be nice to upgrade it and add more variations. The price we paid was adequate for the services we obtained. Our room has a pool and beach access with a stunning view of the sunset. We have enjoyed our stay specially at the pool. With its sea water and infinite pool perfect for picture taking. The room was ok with basic amenities, spotless clean and functional. A bit far from the city but with public transportation it's ok. The only concerns we have are there are no lights on the street when you arrive at night and the road was rocky. They told us it wasn't the hotel's fault because it's not their property, the sink in the toilet was clogged. The water has difficulty to flow. The water on the floor stayed in the middle and doesn't flow in the hole. The shower was clogged too. The rust blocked the small holes of the shower. We found some insects in the toilet but it was ok. The hotel has a potential but they need to upgrade the rooms, toilets and its furnishings. We will definitely come back here again."
