但前台辦理入住實在慢點傷心，房間的空調也是個槽點，第二次來了，不過可能也會停留在第二次了！

房間大，衞生整潔，早餐豐富，現在又新增了免費下午茶點，非常貼心。恆温游泳池開到晩上10:30，加上五樓的小童樂園，很適合帶小朋友的家庭居住。

這家酒店住了不下五次了，給中評是第一次，大概是沒有禁煙，房間的味道也越來越難了，備註上要求是安靜，沒有異味，實際上有一間房臨街了，走到樓道味道就挺不好聞的，房間也有怪味。
酒店的設施也開始逐步走向老化，以前孩子很喜歡玩小童樂園的，現在好多設施都撤掉了，攀巖、小車什麼的都沒了，倒是親子活動還有。
酒店衞生一直都比較一般，因為住過多次，也不去糾結這點，早餐和同價位的歡朋比也差一截，以前還有自助晚餐，現在也沒有了。
這是我第一次住五星酒店加瓶裝水被拒絕，事實上住在這裏的都是帶孩子的居多，孩子沖奶粉需要加兩瓶水也是正常的，我打電話找服務枱要水的時候，服務枱説房間標配四瓶水，不能加水，幸好從裝零食的包裏找出兩瓶水，不用出門買水。
