"I went there once with a friend, and then I kept going there with my family and recommended it to many friends. It is one of the treasure hotels around Chengdu. The private hot spring is in the courtyard of the room, which is very private. The whole place feels like Suzhou and Hangzhou gardens. The owner spent a lot of money on the design. It should be the only one in the Greater Chengdu area. It has a swimming pool and a gym. I brought my friends here for the second time, and I will bring my family next time."

"Facilities: For a hotel that's been around for 30 years, the facilities are remarkably well-maintained, truly living up to its reputation as a five-star establishment. Cleanliness: I couldn't find any faults with the cleanliness. The room offered a variety of disposable, for-purchase toiletries, allowing guests to choose according to their personal needs. Environment: The hotel is surrounded by dining options. To the left, there are 3-4 BBQ restaurants (open until 1 AM), and across the street, you'll find teppanyaki, hot pot, and Korean BBQ. The hotel itself also offers dining choices. Service: I absolutely must give this hotel a huge thumbs-up for its service! I'm especially grateful for the heartwarming service I experienced during my stay. Originally, my friend and I each booked a room. Thanks to the front desk staff's thoughtful and proactive call, they informed us that we had accidentally booked an extra room and advised us to cancel it promptly to avoid unnecessary charges. This attentive gesture, showing genuine care for guests and helping them avoid losses, was incredibly reassuring. It's truly in the details that quality shines through! The hotel environment is fantastic, the room decor is exquisite, and the private hot spring experience was also wonderful. Both cleanliness and service were impeccable. The biggest surprise was this attitude of treating guests like friends, not just for profit. Not only was the stay comfortable, but I also felt respected. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance and will recommend it to friends!"

My friend also took the kids to the children's playground. There were so many bugs on the floor that the kids' white socks got black from running around. How can this be rated 5 stars? "Rating: 1/5 I originally booked this hotel for three nights but checked out after just one night due to extremely poor facilities and service. For a hotel that charges a premium price, the facilities are shockingly basic. Even something as simple as requesting one extra bath towel for the hot spring could not be accommodated, which is unacceptable for a hotel positioning itself as an onsen or resort-style property. This was the most expensive hotel I stayed at during my two-week trip in China, yet it delivered the worst experience by far. Service standards are very low, and the hotel is clearly severely understaffed. During dinner, I overheard multiple other guests complaining about the same issues — slow service, lack of staff, and poor management — which confirms this is not an isolated experience. The only positive point is the location, as it is right next to the cable car station. However, this alone does not justify the price, especially when there are many better-maintained and cheaper hotels within 500 meters. Overall, this hotel is overpriced, poorly managed, and does not meet even basic expectations. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere unless significant improvements are made to staffing, service quality, and facilities."

The hotel is surrounded by dense forest, and the rooms are quite clean, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable sleep. ♨️ There's a wide variety of natural hot springs nestled in the woods, and after a soak, I felt completely relaxed and refreshed. The unique glass walkway in the park is actually a glass boat pathway over the lake, where you can ride small boats through glass waterways, offering a novel and incredibly fun way to enjoy the lakeside scenery. It’s a one-stop shop for dining, accommodation, and entertainment with abundant recreational activities, making it perfect for a short getaway. Highly recommended!"

"Let's start with the positives. The villa is quite spacious, so even on a rainy day, the kids had plenty of room to play indoors. We booked the Pigeon Tree villa, which has a dining and projector area on the first floor with sofas and a long table, plus a restroom. The second floor has two large bedrooms, which have a great ambiance. I especially loved the second-floor bathroom; the wet and dry separation was excellent, and it was huge! Since we stayed for two days, I asked the housekeeper to change the trash on the second day, and the cleaning lady came promptly and had a great attitude. Now for the not-so-good points. The cleanliness of the common areas definitely needs improvement. I understand the villa is large, but there was noticeable hair, insect carcasses, and dirty dust on the stairs leading from the first to the second floor. There was also hair on the second-floor floor, and spiderwebs on the second-floor balcony. These details really need more attention."

Despite the notoriously damp and chilly winters in Dayi, the living room is equipped with air conditioning, and each of the three bedrooms not only has air conditioning but also electric blankets on every bed. This thoughtful provision ensured a supremely comfortable stay. Our entire family was absolutely delighted!"
