The cleaning lady who brought the new blanket said, 'This is normal, it won't wash out,' which was just ridiculous. 2: The breakfast was awful, with almost no options. The only vegetarian dish to go with the congee took forever to arrive, even after asking for it multiple times. The person collecting breakfast tickets was also extremely rude. My experience was terrible; I will never go back."

"First off, I have to praise the service. From the moment we arrived at the B&B and they helped with parking, to the full escort during check-in, and even freezing and cutting fruit for us – all the little details were really satisfying. Coming here in the summer was definitely the right choice. Even though it's tucked away deep in Huashuiwan, a bit secluded, that's exactly why it's truly surrounded by greenery and a perfect summer escape. Finally, I personally think it's a great spot for photos (see for yourself in the pictures). Anyway, we all really loved this place. This trip was a bit rushed, as we only arrived at 9 PM the night before, stayed one night, and headed back the next afternoon. Everyone's already talking about when we can come back and stay an extra day."

"The kids really wanted to go play in the snow at Xiling Snow Mountain, so we booked this place to avoid long waits for the cable car. We got to enjoy a super smooth VIP experience all the way up the mountain! However, for the price, the breakfast was really quite disappointing. Everything else was pretty good, though! The hotel itself is beautiful, especially when there's a lot of snow – it feels very Swiss. I'd definitely recommend improving the breakfast quality. For a 3000+ RMB a night price tag, the breakfast was truly a letdown."

Breakfast was delivered right to the room in the morning, complete with snacks, fruit, and even a small cake. It truly felt like coming home 🍰 There were so many activities during the day too! You can DIY pizzas 🍕, do botanical printing, and even feed lambs, calves, and piglets in the petting zoo. Playing in the water was also super fun! It's perfect whether you're traveling with kids, friends, or as a couple."

"Facilities: It's an older hotel, so it has all the basics. No USB sockets or smart bathroom fixtures, but the hot water is excellent and plentiful, and the air conditioning works really well. Environment: It's located right on the main street, which is convenient for finding places to eat. The downside is that it gets noisy at night with fireworks and firecrackers, and the air quality throughout the town isn't great. The hot springs are fantastic! There are four true sulfur pools, plus a few other themed ones. The hot springs are also very close to the hotel, so as long as you don't dally, there's little risk of catching a cold. Service was great; I dropped my charging brick, and the front desk staff contacted me in the afternoon to help me retrieve it."

"Hygiene: Firstly, this was our first time visiting this area in the county town, and we chose this hotel because it had very few negative reviews and was a good comparison. The pictures looked cozy and comfortable, giving the impression that after a long day, you just want to lie down there. The bathtub looked very relaxing, so we chose this hotel. The room rate was nearly 400 yuan, which was acceptable because we had stayed in similar fully equipped smart rooms before. However, we are giving it a bad review for the following reasons: 1️⃣ The bathtub was really bad. The yellowish color in the tub gave us a very unhygienic impression, and it definitely hadn't been cleaned properly. There was also some leftover shower gel around the edge of the tub, which was really disappointing. 2️⃣ Shortly after arriving in the room, we found blood clots under the footrest of the duvet cover. We really wanted to ask the hotel for a refund; it was so unhygienic. They offered to change rooms, so we didn't complain, as we were already tired from our trip. 3️⃣ The projector in the room was just for show. What kind of smart system is that? What do you mean by "enjoying all the room facilities"? This projector is manually operated, and you can't watch anything without a membership. Okay, fine, that's acceptable. Now I'm going to screen mirror from my phone, that should be okay, right? I have a membership. But screen mirroring from my phone requires payment! It's ridiculous! (This makes the room completely unworthy of the 400 yuan room rate; it's a complete overestimation of the hotel's value.) 4️⃣ The hotel's soundproofing is terrible. Early in the morning, the noise from downstairs and outside the window is unbearable. Even the horns from downstairs, especially the sound of dishes being washed upstairs, can be heard. Honestly, I don't know how to describe it. I'm so disappointed. If the room is expensive, there should be a reason for the price. This hotel is a real rip-off. (Personally, I pay attention to these details in hotels. There's a reason you choose a hotel that costs 400-500 yuan; you're looking for good service, facilities, cleanliness, and environment.) I'm really angry and disappointed. I feel like I didn't get the 400-yuan value I expected."

"This is such a relaxing place, not too crowded, which made for a great experience. The surrounding greenery is really pleasant to look at, perfect for us to unwind on a weekend after a busy week. 🥹 Even though it rained the entire time we were traveling to the hotel and upon arrival, the rain stopped after we finished afternoon tea, so my friend and I went to the pool. The infinity pool is absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was also excellent and very thoughtfully prepared. The staff were very kind and helped us with all our luggage. After checking into our room, we found complimentary fruit, dessert, and a mini-bar, which were all very considerate touches. The only downsides were: there wasn't a mini-fridge in the room, which made it inconvenient to store our face masks and snacks. Also, the TV couldn't cast content."

"This hotel is directly opposite the Anren Ancient Town Bell Tower, making its location excellent. It's easy to walk to the Mansion Old Street, and the 'ding-ding' tram from the town square goes directly to Liu's Manor, so getting around is very convenient. The hotel's garden is lovely and well-maintained, featuring a 'naughty fort' (indoor play area), outdoor facilities, a swimming pool, and a small farm where you can feed sheep and rabbits. Kids absolutely love it. The rooms are spacious, though some of the facilities are a bit dated. The staff are all very friendly, providing attentive and warm service.
