The next morning, we took the cable car up to Yinyangjie and saw soft natural snow and little squirrels. It wasn't too crowded during the Chinese New Year period. Overall, a pretty good trip!"

GGuest UserSimple and quiet style, with two small yards, very clean. The details are well done, the parent-child room has Yunrou towels for the baby, and there is a fence to prevent the baby from falling off the bed (but the fence is not very stable). We didn't use it. There are smart toilets in the bathroom and alcohol disinfection towels. The service attitude is very good. suitable for shorting

GGuest Userso far 3 night at chengdu. this is the most favourite accommodation of mine. The host super kind, helpful, generous. The room so spacious for 4 of us (2 kids /2 adult) the best things is the bed got heater & wool blanket to make sure we warm because weather here is super cold. Also i love the comfy sofa provided and I can relax and doing my work using the laptop. The host also gave us borrow extra heater and so generous provide us an oranges. The best part is I can put my luggage at reception while I go up to Xiling Mountain. You can ask the host to help booking bus ticket back to Chengdu city. Open the window and just secure the window net so you can enjoy the windy cold weather. Feel so blessed enjoying the God nature here. Overall I highly recommended this accommodation. So relax and peaceful.. the only sound I can hear is my kids snoring 😜🤣

ZZhulangxianshengFacilities: The room facilities are quite comprehensive. Although the shower pressure was a bit low, the maintenance engineer came immediately to fix it, and their response was very quick. The room was very warm thanks to the underfloor heating, and there's a balcony where you can sunbathe, making the overall feeling very pleasant. Cleanliness: The hygiene was generally good. Environment: The accommodation environment is great, only a few hundred meters from the scenic area entrance. There's a hotel restaurant downstairs that offers excellent value for money and tasty food. It's a rare gem of a hotel. Service: Very enthusiastic, with free shuttle service to the scenic area entrance 😊

The hotel is easy to find and very new; We were given a room upgrade as the hotel wasn’t busy at the time of our visit. The location of this hotel is perfect as there are food places nearby. The hot spring within the hotel premises is definitely a plus point. We definitely have enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back when visiting again!

GGuest UserBefore I even checked in, they added me to a concierge chat group, and any questions I had were answered promptly and proactively. My room was on the third floor, and while there's no elevator, the concierge staff helped me with my luggage. I chose the 270-degree mountain view, and falling asleep to the sound of the stream at night was incredibly relaxing (though it was a bit chilly, the electric blanket and air conditioning kept the room nice and warm). We ordered the hot pot from the guesthouse for dinner, and it was delicious! The free-range chicken hot pot with mushroom soup was more than enough for two people. There was also a concert in the evening, and the singer was fantastic! There are two friendly dogs in the courtyard, a golden retriever and a small white dog, both very affectionate. There's also a super cute cat at the front desk. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely come back!

The air was great, not too hot, and we could even swim in the river, which the kids absolutely loved!!! In the morning, we stumbled upon a market and bought some local produce to take home, which was a pleasant surprise!! This place is perfect for a summer getaway, family trips, and for entertaining the little ones. Highly recommend!!

RRoryHakunaThe camp was very clean and beautiful. Out of all places I've stayed during my trip to Chengdu & Xiling, their camp is the best. Up till today (we've checked out their camp for about 1 week+ now) we still talked about our experience there. It is very memorable. Their staff are also very helpful. We couldn't find the camp at first and they sent staff to guide us. My mom left her charger at the camp and they willingly sent it to our next hotel. Their hospitality is the best! At first, we were shocked that we have to hike(10-20mins) to get to the camp. We were shocked because we were tired since we have been traveling for the past 2 days and haven't rested properly. But when we reached there, it was all worth it! This camp was basically what we need to recharge ourselves.

MM790460****Overall, I was very satisfied. The owner was very welcoming, and the other staff members were also very nice. There were even adorable kittens in the shop! If taking a taxi is inconvenient, they offer a shuttle service, although it costs extra, but the price is very reasonable, unlike some taxis that charge double. This hotel is very close to the front of the mountain, which is very convenient. There are tons of ******* macaques along the way, so you can go to the front of the mountain on the first day and the back on the second.

GGuest UserWe saty at the guest occupancy double room 1. The room is amazing. Very nice. But what is great about this hotel is the two reception both of them same surname Zhang 张先生和张女士. In this ending season soon, they were both very helpful and friendly. They maintained a high level of commitment to us to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. Despite the season for skiing is ending, they provided much needed information for us to continue to enjoy our stay. Keeping us updated of snow weather we we eventually get to see snow and go skiing. They even help us to arrange for our transport for checkout especially with off season difficulties in trying to get down the mountain why scandina resort hotel is located.
