"We had a great stay at Yaoyao Hotel near Xiling Snow Mountain. The room was very big, spacious, and comfortable, making it perfect for groups and families.
The hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable pricing for the space and comfort provided. A special mention to the staff for upgrading our group room free of charge, which made our stay even better and more comfortable.

"We're a family of 6 with young children. Trying to book a hotel at Xiling Snow Mountain can be tricky. We're lucky to have gotten this hotel. The location is great! Conveniently located right beside the cable car station.
About the hotel, we booked 3 separate rooms for the family as the instructions on Trip.com weren't so clear. But I realised I could have just booked 2 rooms instead of 3. This is a booking tip 😄
The hotel breakfast is pretty simple. There's egg fried rice, vegetables, croissant, biscuits, noodles, dumplings, mantou, pau, etc.. It costs 39yuan per person. We paid for breakfast so we can at least eat the mantou, red bean pau and bread. There's a simple coffee machine too.
As it's very conveniently located, you can be the first to arrive at the cable car station. There are also some food options nearby. For my Muslim friends, there are no Halal food options. But what we did was to order only 1 dish from the hotel, Tomato and Egg noodles soup. It costs 28yuan. Overall, I would like to commend the hotel staff. As we're non-chinese speaking with lots of questions, they were really patient with all the translations. There's also a bus just below which connects the Xiling Snow Mountain to Dayi Highspeed Train area which is very convenient."

"Got a pretty interesting experience here. first time camping in a snowy area with the kids. when we arrived late in the evening, the cable car area was quite quiet so we bought a cable car ticket and went straight up. and took a bus straight to the campsite area. the owner was very friendly and helped carry the bags. before entering the tent the owner would tell us about the toilet and breakfast area. when we arrived it was drizzling rain and there was no snow. when the night snow started to fall and at that time the temperature was -1. the next morning the snow started to fall a lot and was very exciting for the kids. that morning, the owner came so that we could have breakfast before breakfast time was over. camping habits are that the toilet is quite far away so I can't comment. at least I felt like taking ablution in the snowy morning😄 it was really cold. luckily there was a heater in the toilet. only in the morning the water was very slow and not hot. overall it was interesting and good."

"Close proximity to Xiling Ski Resort, around 10 mins drive. The owner Mr Lee was very helpful even before we arrived, helped arranged transportation to pick us up from Chengdu Railway Station to hotel.
Room is spacious to accommodate 4 of us. Bed came with heated blanket which is a plus. The restaurant serves a la carte dinner which is not bad. Breakfast spread is simple but good enough to fill our stomach. Due to deserted location, there may be flying insects in room. Hot water is not constant but bearable for a quick bath. Overall good location and affordable for a short stay. Keep up the service Mr Lee!"

"I took my two kids to escape the summer heat and spent a long time choosing this place across various platforms. It completely exceeded my expectations! The environment, hygiene, and everything else were amazing. I'm a bit of a clean freak and usually dislike staying in hotels when I travel, but this guesthouse truly surpassed my imagination, so I absolutely have to give it a good review. I hope the owner keeps up the great work; we'll definitely be back to stay here for a snow trip in the winter!"

1118239****Just finished my stay at this hotel, and I must say it's been one of the most unexpectedly delightful experiences recently. From the moment of arrival, every single detail showed the hotel's meticulous care.
The hotel rooms are designed with expansive views, offering picturesque cityscapes or garden scenery through floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and even the mini-bar selection shows thoughtful consideration. I particularly appreciated the hotel's attention to detail – excellent soundproofing, a smart and convenient lighting and curtain system, and even thoughtfully placed power outlets. The private hot spring was superb in terms of privacy and comfort.
The staff were warm and efficient, even setting up a private service group to assist us.
The most impressive thing was when I realized my child had left their glasses in the room after we had checked out. I contacted the hotel staff, and they promptly helped find them and immediately arranged to mail them back to us. Hats off to their service!
I've already recommended this hotel to several friends and look forward to returning for another stay soon.

GGuest UserAs shown in the picture, it is very clean. The lady at the front desk upgraded the room for us. You can see the beautiful scenery of Dayi outside the window. The light is good and transparent. I was originally going to Chengdu for only one day, but I extended my stay because the room was nice. I had to catch the high-speed train early the next day, but I think it was worth it. The service of the lady at the front desk was very good. I recommend it!

The hotel is conveniently located right in the town, just a short stroll from Anren Ancient Town. Though it's an older, garden-style property, the facilities are well-maintained and quite good. The rooms are spacious, clean, and wonderfully quiet at night. The service is exceptional, with staff demonstrating the warmth and attentiveness typically found in star-rated hotels. My only minor feedback is that rooms on the ground floor had a slight musty odor. Parking is convenient, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices.

There was a balcony with a table and chairs. It was really a peaceful room that I enjoyed. The hotel was very nice, it seemed like an Italian marbled hotel. The breakfast had many choices, and it was all delicious. There are many pools, warm and hot springs to choose from, it was fun and relaxing. The massage and treatments were wonderful, especially from Rufong, if you like deep acupressure. She is a really experienced, friendly and wonderful person.

AAD10Booked this hotel because the only hotel have personal hot spring. When check in the staff informed us that they unable to give us the room as need 1 day to prepared the hot spring water. End up we have no choice but to take the normal room which very disappointed as normal room doesn’t have personal hot spring. If we have been informed earlier I would not pick this hotel at all pay 5 star price for this kind of hotel with no hot spring water. Their service is 1 star despite 5 star hotel. The management need to improve the service else there will not have returned customers.
Not really cater for those disabled and with kids stroller as you have to push them up which is quite tiring. Some part need to carry up via the staircase.
