The community is elegant and especially quiet at night, with birdsong and flowers blooming, and views of the mountains in the distance. It truly is a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The villa's location at the end of the building, with two large gardens, is perfect for gatherings with friends, walking the dog, or simply relaxing. The community is a short walk from the surrounding supermarkets, so you can bring your own breakfast supplies. A gas stove is available for heating up or frying eggs. Huashuiwan Town is a 10-minute drive away for sightseeing and dining.

The experience is great, the whole experience from reception to check-in is very good, the front desk patiently explains the precautions for hot spring use, the housekeeper is on call, helps with luggage, the service is intimate and meticulous, and treats people kindly. The villa is spacious, the pool is the biggest highlight, the hot spring water temperature is stable, it is a natural sulfur hot spring, soaking the whole body to relax. The retro style of air conditioning, bathroom, facilities and equipment in the house is my favorite type, maintenance is attentive, and the family is comfortable enough. The hotel is hidden between the mountains and forests, the air is fresh and the vegetation is dense. The independent small courtyard of the villa is very private, quiet and comfortable, the scenery is pleasant, and the photos are also very good. Health is worthy of praise! The room was cleaned thoroughly, the bedding was clean and soft, the bathroom was dry and smellless, the outdoor courtyard was not stained with fallen leaves, and the details were in place. Very suitable for family or friends to spend a holiday together, it is recommended!

I chose the Four Points by Sheraton for a weekend getaway to Anren Ancient Town, hoping to relax and get some fresh air. Upon check-in, there were some discrepancies with my booking (duplicates and cancellations), which the front desk couldn't figure out immediately, requiring repeated verification. After finally checking in, they didn't even bother to tell me where the breakfast room was or its opening hours. I can understand if the rooms are a bit dated, but seriously, at least upgrade to a heated toilet seat! The kettle's cord was frayed and exposed. Every time you opened the bathroom door, the shower mat would either curl up or get stuck, so I had to put it away after every shower. They don't have delivery robots for food orders, and the hotel claimed it was because of the large property size, making it difficult to operate. The staff also wouldn't deliver it themselves, fearing they might not explain things clearly – what, are they afraid of adding some 'surprise' to my stay? It's really not that big a deal. The next morning, the breakfast situation was another hassle. The front desk initially claimed my booking didn't include breakfast, forcing me to call Trip.com to verify. I felt like I was sneaking around, worried I'd be kicked out, when in fact, breakfast was included. The breakfast selection was limited, but the staff lady was very friendly, I must say. The gym was good, and the heated pool and fitness equipment were definitely sufficient for a regular workout. The location is excellent. Oh, and the balcony light switch in the balcony view room is inside, near the window. Even when I called the front desk, they couldn't explain it clearly, as if they weren't familiar with their own hotel. Overall, the management seems pretty lax. Just wanted to give everyone a heads-up.

Facilities: For a hotel that's been around for 30 years, the facilities are remarkably well-maintained, truly living up to its reputation as a five-star establishment. Cleanliness: I couldn't find any faults with the cleanliness. The room offered a variety of disposable, for-purchase toiletries, allowing guests to choose according to their personal needs. Environment: The hotel is surrounded by dining options. To the left, there are 3-4 BBQ restaurants (open until 1 AM), and across the street, you'll find teppanyaki, hot pot, and Korean BBQ. The hotel itself also offers dining choices. Service: I absolutely must give this hotel a huge thumbs-up for its service! I'm especially grateful for the heartwarming service I experienced during my stay. Originally, my friend and I each booked a room. Thanks to the front desk staff's thoughtful and proactive call, they informed us that we had accidentally booked an extra room and advised us to cancel it promptly to avoid unnecessary charges. This attentive gesture, showing genuine care for guests and helping them avoid losses, was incredibly reassuring. It's truly in the details that quality shines through! The hotel environment is fantastic, the room decor is exquisite, and the private hot spring experience was also wonderful. Both cleanliness and service were impeccable. The biggest surprise was this attitude of treating guests like friends, not just for profit. Not only was the stay comfortable, but I also felt respected. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance and will recommend it to friends!
