GGuest UserSimple and quiet style, with two small yards, very clean. The details are well done, the parent-child room has Yunrou towels for the baby, and there is a fence to prevent the baby from falling off the bed (but the fence is not very stable). We didn't use it. There are smart toilets in the bathroom and alcohol disinfection towels. The service attitude is very good. suitable for shorting

GGuest UserI was very satisfied with my stay. The room was very clean and there was no strange smell. When I opened the curtains in the morning, I could see the mountains. The air was very fresh. The breakfast was also very good. The handmade wontons were delicious. I will stay here again next time I come here.

GGuest UserThe first time I came to Anren Ancient Town, the comfortable and slow life made me let go of everything. This B&B was recommended by a friend and made the trip even more perfect. Don’t use the hotel terrace as a cave. The bedding and mattress are super comfortable, hygienic and clean, and the toiletries are also very high-end. Thank you to my brother for helping us carry our luggage to the room. Thank you!

GGuest UserAs shown in the picture, it is very clean. The lady at the front desk upgraded the room for us. You can see the beautiful scenery of Dayi outside the window. The light is good and transparent. I was originally going to Chengdu for only one day, but I extended my stay because the room was nice. I had to catch the high-speed train early the next day, but I think it was worth it. The service of the lady at the front desk was very good. I recommend it!

HHwee1I had a wonderful stay at Tiangong Heyuan Hotel Huashuiwan. The staff were outstanding—professional, warm, and always ready to help. Every evening, they thoughtfully sent delicious local snacks to the room, which made the experience feel extra special.
The team was extremely helpful with public transport guidance and could even assist in arranging transport when needed, making travel smooth and stress-free. The hot spring facilities were incredibly comfortable, with clear and friendly instructions provided for first-time visitors.
The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the added AI support made the stay even more convenient. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. I will definitely come back again!

RRoryHakunaThe camp was very clean and beautiful. Out of all places I've stayed during my trip to Chengdu & Xiling, their camp is the best. Up till today (we've checked out their camp for about 1 week+ now) we still talked about our experience there. It is very memorable.
Their staff are also very helpful. We couldn't find the camp at first and they sent staff to guide us. My mom left her charger at the camp and they willingly sent it to our next hotel. Their hospitality is the best!
At first, we were shocked that we have to hike(10-20mins) to get to the camp. We were shocked because we were tired since we have been traveling for the past 2 days and haven't rested properly. But when we reached there, it was all worth it! This camp was basically what we need to recharge ourselves.

The hotel location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the hot springs, and there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful sleep.
What impressed me most was the service. From the warm and professional guidance at the front desk during check-in, to the staff's prompt response whenever I had a request, every detail showed how thoughtful they were. The breakfast was rich and delicious, with a balanced nutritional spread, and even the quality of the toiletries was top-notch. You could really feel the hotel's dedication.

GGuest UserVery good service. Any questions we asked have been answered thus really helpful for us. The rooms are very new, properly heated and nice double beds. The hotel allow us free breakfast even though we have one child more than allowed family breakfast allowance. The hotel is very near to the cable car. Breakfast and dinner are fantastic considering it is located high up in the Xiling Snow mountain. The hotel has a very nice and warm lobby. The extra Lego area is very suitable for families with children. We highly recommended this hotel and will definitely come back if we visit again.
