GGuest UserI was very satisfied with my stay. The room was very clean and there was no strange smell. When I opened the curtains in the morning, I could see the mountains. The air was very fresh. The breakfast was also very good. The handmade wontons were delicious. I will stay here again next time I come here.

1118239****Just finished my stay at this hotel, and I must say it's been one of the most unexpectedly delightful experiences recently. From the moment of arrival, every single detail showed the hotel's meticulous care. The hotel rooms are designed with expansive views, offering picturesque cityscapes or garden scenery through floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and even the mini-bar selection shows thoughtful consideration. I particularly appreciated the hotel's attention to detail – excellent soundproofing, a smart and convenient lighting and curtain system, and even thoughtfully placed power outlets. The private hot spring was superb in terms of privacy and comfort. The staff were warm and efficient, even setting up a private service group to assist us. The most impressive thing was when I realized my child had left their glasses in the room after we had checked out. I contacted the hotel staff, and they promptly helped find them and immediately arranged to mail them back to us. Hats off to their service! I've already recommended this hotel to several friends and look forward to returning for another stay soon.

GGuest UserAs shown in the picture, it is very clean. The lady at the front desk upgraded the room for us. You can see the beautiful scenery of Dayi outside the window. The light is good and transparent. I was originally going to Chengdu for only one day, but I extended my stay because the room was nice. I had to catch the high-speed train early the next day, but I think it was worth it. The service of the lady at the front desk was very good. I recommend it!

MM230828****This hotel is genuinely great! The environment is fantastic and very quiet. Previously, whenever I came to Huashuiwan, I'd stay at places like Howard Johnson or Diyicun. This was my first time trying this hotel, and I was impressed. The environment is excellent, the service attitude is superb, and it definitely lives up to its price. The hotel is very new, very clean, and the attention to detail is impressive. I'll definitely book here again next time I'm in the area.

AArpita Allen AdamsThe hotel staff was friendly and helpful, using the app to communicate to me in English. My room was on the 9th floor with a beautiful view of the trees, mountain and pool area. There was a balcony with a table and chairs. It was really a peaceful room that I enjoyed. The hotel was very nice, it seemed like an Italian marbled hotel. The breakfast had many choices, and it was all delicious. There are many pools, warm and hot springs to choose from, it was fun and relaxing. The massage and treatments were wonderful, especially from Rufong, if you like deep acupressure. She is a really experienced, friendly and wonderful person.

When checking in with my child, the front desk attendant even helped us arrange a complimentary breakfast. The hot spring is fantastic, the only minor inconvenience is having to cross the road to get there.

AAD10Booked this hotel because the only hotel have personal hot spring. When check in the staff informed us that they unable to give us the room as need 1 day to prepared the hot spring water. End up we have no choice but to take the normal room which very disappointed as normal room doesn’t have personal hot spring. If we have been informed earlier I would not pick this hotel at all pay 5 star price for this kind of hotel with no hot spring water. Their service is 1 star despite 5 star hotel. The management need to improve the service else there will not have returned customers. Not really cater for those disabled and with kids stroller as you have to push them up which is quite tiring. Some part need to carry up via the staircase.

I felt that this should be cheap and beautiful, so I stayed. The booking price is relatively cheap, let's talk about the experience. 🚗 Traffic: The hotel is located near the ticket gate of Xiling Snow Mountain. Relatively speaking, friends who don't want to live on the mountain are still very convenient here. The mountain is still good the next morning. 🧹 Health: Overall, it is not too perfect, and it can satisfy most people. 🍃 Environment: This is because the mountain is like that after all, so there is no way to evaluate. 🔔 Service: The front desk aunt is very enthusiastic when checking in, and there is breakfast the next day, but it needs to be self-funded. Summary: 1. It is very cold at night, the hotel's air conditioning is not very good, it can't reach the heating, it should be because the door will leak. The hotel room has an electric blanket, but the temperature is very slow, really slow. The hot water in the hotel is available, but the temperature is too low to take a bath. The spare quilt prepared by the hotel is a bit too dirty. Breakfast is ten yuan a person, with steamed bread eggs, porridge and pickles. You can fill the tube. 6. If you want to go somewhere else, you can ask the aunt at the front desk. The snowy mountains are beautiful and the temperature is touching, which is more suitable for this price.

NNur.AnaFriendly & handsome owners (two young chap) Room is big & spacious with all necessary toiletries, heater was provided in room & bed. They provide free shuttle trip to the entrance of tix booth. (10mins walk from hotel) Food was reasonable pricing & delicious but very big portion (2pax portion for 1pax price) - I have to remind them to cook lesser. Breakfast at 10rmb/pax (unlimited) Will definitely recommend to families n friends to support them.
