首先是停車不方便，第一次打電話過去告訴我門口可以停車，因為是單行道重新轉回去需要20分鐘，等我轉回去的時候又告訴我酒店的停車場在喜來登旁邊，等於白跑了一趟！複式套房樓上的馬桶一晚上都在抽水影響睡眠，睡覺的時候背上非常癢，早餐沒吃不做評價。入住後小姐姐送來了堅果，總的來説這個價位其實可以做到更好的！

西撇 根本就沒有寫的50平米不説 庭院大床房也沒有庭院把我安排到一個角落房間去 換了一間以後打電話給前台讓送個香皂 40多分鐘都沒來也沒個電話 又打電話去問才告訴我他們沒找到香皂 還在找 沒有你能不能打電話説一聲？找這種理由？800塊錢的酒店不可能沒有香皂 這是有標準的 前台服務太差勁了 早餐也很簡陋 對不起價格

五星級房價住出了招待所的感覺，房間黴臭味，空調噪音像拖拉機，最離譜的床上還有很多前面客人留下的毛髮，早餐可以吃的東西寥寥無幾，連最基本的包子都沒有，實在不知道哪裡來的底氣收這樣的房價，如果要住安仁，首選推薦喜來登，硬件和服務比這裏好太多，如果不是這個酒店對面的喜來登大酒店沒有房間，強烈不建議住這裏，免得踩雷！

習慣了封閉式的賓館，這是一家開放式分散佈局的酒店，更接近於民宿。停車場、前台、客房、餐廳之間均需要電瓶車擺渡或走路步行（遊步道為主，私家車大部分路段不通行）
