環境還可以，就是服務差強人意。入住當天晚餐在酒店餐廳用餐，因大堂沒有可以接開水的地方，用餐時問有沒有開水接一杯，服務員幫忙接了。第二天退房後下樓來想再去接一杯開水，服務員直接回復我不供應開水，我也是呵呵了。個人認為服務在於細節，這一小點的感覺就讓人很不爽！

房間有味道，住宿條件一般。
最主要是服務人員的態度不好，作為酒店行業，給人很不好的感受。
不推薦入住！如果大家想來受氣的話。
（住過多家酒店，走廊上遇到工作人員都笑臉相迎，主動招呼。這裏的工作人員視若無睹，哎還有很多可以吐槽的地方。。。）

去滑雪住了這個酒店，離雪場很近，房間可以看到湖景。
中規中矩吧，主要主打一個方便。
下次帶孩子去滑雪營、好好滑一次。

酒店位置就在接駁車站那裡，非常方便。暖氣足，晚上在樓下附近就可以玩雪和滑板，不是粉雪小朋友一樣玩得很開心。滑雪季人比較多，價格也高，而且雪質接近冰，雪道一道一道痕，純粹沖滑雪會有點失望，觀光和娛雪倒不錯
