Rooms are decent. Disappointed about the dining situation. We were reluctantly told that they could serve us food in 30-40 minutes were told to sit and wait at tables that were dirty with old food on them. The server was not welcoming. Not great experience for the price

Check in and out were smooth and courteous.
Notices for what was available and that we could expect at the facility, were offered, both written and orally.
The room was readied for the second day, stay with total concern for our privacy and personal belongings.

Mechelle and Case both gave great service! Took care of us like family. The only reason we did not give a 5 rating is Al at the hotel bar was rude and only wanted to help African Americans like himself. I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life. Two basketball players from Howard university pleaded with him to serve my wife and he snubbed her.

We went for my daughter graduation from U of D. We found someone elses dirty socks on the floor in the corner of the room! The rest of the room seemed clean a d we had already moved all of our things in, so we didnt bother moving rooms or complaining. The hotel is beautiful and luxurious!

Hotel is very nice and clean. Shower water pressure is insane! I had a hard time finding the coffee in the lobby the first day. Having to check out of the lobby convenience store at the front desk was inconvenient but not a big deal. Beds were incredible comfortable. We would definitely stay again!!!
