"The hotel was centrally located to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Although the parking was not right on the property it was in a covered parking lot within a short walk to the hotel and the cost was included in our stay ! The front lobby looked rather new and was clean and shiny. Front desk staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Hotel room was very clean and accommodating for 2 of us and came with the amenities you would generally expect. We had a king bed and it was comfortable, although the pillows were rather soft and despite both of us having 2 pillows each we could have used 1 or 2 more to be more comfortable. The included breakfast buffet was well done with a good variety of choices for us as we eat a carnivore diet. The coffee was a good as you would get at Starbucks. I don't know her name but the staff member who kept the buffet full was definitely one of the hardest working individuals I have seen. She was friendly, accommodating and exceptional and the hotel should award her appropriately. The only negative to our stay was that on the 2nd day of being there we returned later in the day after sightseeing and our room had not been serviced by housekeeping. I called the front desk and the staff person who had checked us in informed me that they had forgotten to tell us that housekeeping is only every other day. Staff member did provide us with additional towels however it would have been nice to have the bed turned down and used towels taken away."

"This hotel left me extremely unhappy! First, I ordered breakfast, but the breakfast server charged me. I explained that breakfast was included in my room rate, and the server said OK. After breakfast, when we checked out, no one asked me to confirm if there were any charges, yet they charged me $35 for breakfast! There was no confirmation slip for this charge! I cannot accept this kind of overcharging. Furthermore, the hotel doesn't have a parking lot; you can only park using the hotel's paid valet parking service. The next morning, when I wanted to leave, I waited half an hour for the hotel to bring my car back, which was very inconvenient. I'm writing about these issues to warn anyone considering booking this hotel to carefully consider these problems beforehand. I also want to commend Ctrip for their excellent service; they refunded the hotel the overcharged amount using Ctrip's funds. While $35 isn't a large sum, the hotel's appalling behavior only highlights Ctrip's thoughtful and attentive service. I give this hotel a bad review and Ctrip a good one! I will never book a Garden Inn anywhere again."

"Honestly, I'm disappointed considering the price. The alarm went off before check-in, and after saying they were investigating, it turned off without a word 10 minutes later. I was surprised that the receptionist didn't mention anything about this during check-in. I was so shocked that I couldn't even eat breakfast, and I didn't receive any vouchers or refunds. Anyway, I have no intention of staying here again."
