We chose this Fairfield because it was convenient for our trip to Dayton. There are many Marriott properties to choose from, but you couldn't improve on this location. The staff were very congenial, and the property was immaculate. This has to be the best Fairfield I've stayed in (even better than the Nashville inn by Vanderbilt!). I would definitely recommend it for your next stay in Dayton.

Great little hotel in an interesting part of Dayton. Good restaurants within walking distance. Spring for the king suite with daybed if you're traveling with kids: you'll have plenty of space. No pool but a lovely lobby with a bar (and board games for the kids). Our room on the 2nd floor was right next to the gym so we could hear weights banging sometimes. Loved the shower and the sound machine. Breakfast was decent and easy. Parking is in a garage down the street but its free.

Checked in here late afternoon after visiting USAF National Museum. Good check in very helpful staff with recommendations for somewhere to eat and all hotel amenities. Room modern and clean with microwave and coffee machine . Bathroom spacious and clean . Generally a very good hotel

Excellent facility in all aspects. Only issue we had was we couldn’t get out of the parking garage when we checked out. Had to call, etc, etc
