This was supposed to be a relaxing trip to visit family and the pictures online made me feel like this property would br a good choice, i was wrong.
The staff was rude, same food daily, itchy towels and the list goes on.
It would have cost me more money to swap hotels so we stuck it out angrily

No shower curtain and the toilet wasn’t attached to the floor. The bed had a raised hump in the middle like they flipped the mattress or something. The gross part was the shower didn’t drain. I have a video but this site only uploads photos.

Front desk host was pleasant. Bed was comfortable. Air unit in the room had a musty smell. No elevator and we were not told until we asked where it was. Key cards did not work initially but front desk fixed them quickly. Broken equipment in the exercise room. Breakfast ended at 9:00 but this information was not shared at check in. Yes, we could have asked, but we’ve never stayed at any place where it ended at 9:00 so we didn’t think that would be an issue.

Room/hotel were clean and updated. No elevator. If you stay on 2nd fl you have to carry all your luggage/ belongings up using the stairs…not acceptable. Front desk gal is a hard worker,pleasant. Very hard to understand.

The hotel was pretty good, as expected, but it wins our "best check-in ever" vote. We arrived late and were tired, but Joel at the front desk brought a smile to our faces with his warmth and wit. He was extremely welcoming, gracious, and quite funny. Made our stay memorable.
