Nice hotel, good location, good breakfast. Parking is not free - 10 USD per night.

Great view of the ocean, room was clean, HVAC worked, and the bed was comfortable. Refrigerator was so-so. Complimentary breakfast was good. Other Hampton Inn's offer complimentary parking and bottled water - this one does not. I was awakened at 2:45 AM by the entry door of the room next to ours, followed by conversation of the guest, who sounded intoxicated. He fell asleep about 30 minutes later.

Great and affordable. Clean spacious for a family. Beach is right there and a pool. Great tiki bar to grab a drink before the beach. Beach had lots of cars driving down and motorbikes which was very unsafe for our children.
