The hotel has complete facilities, including a swimming pool, gym, laundry room, and kitchen, but I didn't use it after staying for only one day."

"Very dissatisfied. I upgraded our room to a “private” balcony. It wasn’t private. Everyone on the floors above us could look right down on our balcony. Someone above us apparently broke a glass on their balcony and brushed it off onto ours as my wife walked out and stepped on a piece of glass.  In order to watch any good tv, I would have had to download and pay for a sharing app to share my streaming apps, that I already pay for, with the tv in our room. Food was blah and extremely over priced."
