Stay a couple times as we have friends with a place on the water so I can only comment on a few matters. But those we were very happy with: friendly and efficient staff - no matter at what time of the day. When we got there for our second stay, the recepionist remembered us - something that you rarely get these days. Just a nice gesture - makes you feel welcome. Suites are spacious - everything there you need, also for a longer or very long stay. Very well maintained, very clean. Free breakfast is basic but that was just fine for us as we were travelling for leisure and would cook with our friends later on anyhow. Enough parking outside - even when fullf for Spring break. Convenient location - just off I-95 betweeen Airport and Speedway - and yet very quiet. Will certainly go back later this year when we return to the region.

Surface cleaning was done on the room. Area around the toilet and corners of the floors were dirty. Lampshades and kitchen cabinets were dusty. There were long hairs in the tub and sink when we first checked in that proved cleanliness was poor.

Excellent time at your hotel. The front desk was one of the major things that made a huge impact on us. Noah was amazing & such a pleasant, helpful, kind, happy & professional associate. A great asset to have. Contrella was a chip off the block also with helpful, happy attitude & service. Kory was to nice & wonderful as well. They all made the hotel experience one of a kind & we will be back & send others. The upkeep at the hotel was up to standard as expected at the great Marriot & we thank you for all of it.

The mattress needed to be flipped as it was sunk in the middle. Other than that everything else was good besides the water not getting very hot.
