Nice place. Room ac wasn’t working, spoke to someone in the morning and the staff behind the front desk said they told them the ac was out and no one should have been put in that room. Apart from that nice place.

We had the Presidential Suite on the top floor. Absolutely stunning! Floor to ceiling windows and the views were spectacular. The apar**ent was gorgeous. The resort has direct access onto the beach. Can't vouch for other apar**ents and there was some internal building work going on inside to renovate the gym, but this didn't affect us. Great position too along the boulevard.

We had a great experience. The hotel was very nice and clean. It was close to a lot of what we planned to do. The room was as expected.

Excellent stay...all the staff was friendly and accommodating to all our needs....great location stayed in the newly remodeled presidential suite....great views and large balcony...bed is firm and pull out sofa was comfortable according to our friends...no keurig...regular coffee pot which was fine,overall we would definitely stay here again

I liked the rooms. they were huge. As we have small kids, the bigger room was a big plus. The kitchen was good but needed some more utensils. Another plus point for the hotel was the pool and the beach. It is literally on the beach. So, for families, this hotel is a great place to stay. I didn't like the carpet on the floor. Due to the carpet there was a little bit of smell of the cleaning materials. Though this didn't bother much. But definitely a tiled floor in all areas would feel better, in my opinion.
