I booked a 80$ room with a 25 dollar deposit at the front desk , had to pay 40$ for parking and after I left next day I had 2 more transactions of over 100$ don’t book here it’s literally a money pit on top of everything the hotel wasn’t even that nice I’m really upset at the fact that they didn’t specify and my fees and now I been trying to contact support for over 2 hours so they can tell me exactly what I’m getting charged for ridiculous!

Our trip was amazing from start to finish. Definitely the best place to stay in Daytona Beach

This hotel was Comfortable

I went for a tournament, but it was so nice that the stadium was right in front of me and it was comfortable. The facilities were also perfect. It would be nice to use it again next time.

Great stay for the family. Everything you need is right at the resort. Staff was great. The building is older but you can tell they are coninually upgrading.

Elevators were not working had to wait in long line to use one elevator (3 available and only one worked) property was old and not well maintained. Nothing but a bar of soap ( no shower cap) no floor mat ( towel) for after shower No grab bars to get in and out of tall bath tub . The only good thing was the breakfast and beach access.

Up charge for beach view was totally worth it. Sunday….only one restaurant option available. Food was ok but staff seemed untrained and overwhelmed.

Valet: good! Offered handicap discount Check in: front desk not friendly enough, poker face, no greets, no clear direction to elevator Room: third bed feels crash, called for replacement mattress, delivered in15mins, feels the same ,slaps springs in mattress. Check out: no express check out, long walk to front desk, charged regular price on valet parking, no discount for handicap, no smile, no thank you, no greeting words. Pick up car: waiting 55 mins to receive car, also no greeting words, no apology for waiting even all people received car already behind me. Worst experience ever in my traveling history! Not going to recommend and never be back again!

I reserved an ocean front and paid a lot extra for what I thought was going to be a balcony room. I was extremely disappointed to find out they are more like Juliet balconies, the kind that the sliding glass door opens to a railing. This could be my fault for assuming I was getting a true balcony. Next time I won’t pay all the extra money since it didn’t make any difference When we checked in we were told we had $15 per day to use anyplace except thr steak house and they Starbucks. Went to order a drink from one of the bars and found out you must spend $50 to get the $15 off, that was definitely not explained to us. The breakfast buffet was super busy and they were out of almost everything and was never replenished while we were there

The hotel installations were great, restaurants were really good and staff service amazing. Installations were fine a bit old and in need of update specially outside areas. But is a massive hotel with lots of space and massive amounts of people. So it is costly and time consuming. I would definitely will stay again.

My stay was great, my room was upgraded since it was my birthday, the food and the view was amazing. Can't wait to go back

Not thrilled with Daytona overall. But the hotel itself was also not that great. Walking to our rooms it smelled like ****. Carpets dirty. The bedskirt was dirty. Beds are super uncomfortable.

I was very disappointed in the condition of the room. It smelled musty,the furniture in the room is outdated and very much worn out. Walls are dirty both in the room and bathroom. Room needs a good scrub and overall update. Lobby, outside surroundings are kept well. Elevators were not working properly but it seemed to be the running joke with other guest. It appears it is not the first time. It is walking distance to many shops and restaurants.
