Loved the property but was quite disappointed that we couldn't hear the ocean in our oceanfront room. Totally sealed floor-length windows. Not even a porthole!
The view was fantabulous, but craved to "hear" the ocean.😔

For the price bracket this is a nice 2 bedroom suite. View of the ocean and right on the end made it quiet. Yes it is under construction but we were gone during those hours and I knew before coming that it was happening. We would stay here again if back in Daytona.

Friendly, helpful staff! Ocean view rooms with full size kitchen, living room, and bath tub with whirlpool jets. The room was super nice! Room was very clean and stocked well. My husband and I absolutely had the time of our lives. There are stores in walking distance including a Publix! No problem with parking and easy access. The only negative was no beach access due to renovation but the resort offers a shuttle service to the beach or you can walk a block and have access so no big deal. I highly recommend Grand Seas Resort in Daytona Beach, Florida!

Our week April 7th thru the 14th was nice. The resort is very very clean! The ocean view rooms no longer have balconies and can’t hear the ocean 😩😩 there is no laundry machines in each condo. There is facilities on each floor or every other floor but didn’t use! The first pool finally opened on the last of our stay and it’s nice but the water is not heated 😬

Just stayed here for a birthday get away it was an amazing stay. Wasn’t to loud or anything. Unfortunately the outside pool and beach way was closed but there indoor pool and hot tub are open to the guest and they provide you to shuttle to the beach. Also my jets to my bathtub didn’t work and that was the main reason I came it was still a nice room and no body bothered us got to relax and enjoy my stay. Definitely plan on coming back when the property is all done.

I was at this resort from March 11-14 in Daytona. I never received my 250 deposit. Spoke to the from desk and corporate office no one has done a thing. Corporate office told me they saw I didn’t get the deposit and they will get renters on the phone with me. That never happened they just kept me on hold. Countless calls and emails nothing was done for me. Front office told me my credit card didn’t release the payment. Spoke to my credit card not true. If you don’t want to be robbed of your deposit stay clear of this resort. I hope I am helping people with this review so you don’t get robbed like I did.

Outside pool not open, ants in my room they had to move me, we have to wait until 4pm to check into the room so our time was wasted. The new room was clean.

Establishment working on getting amenities back in place, but would've have though more progress should have been made. Website did not make it clear that these repairs were not done, No outside pools were available, no tiki bar, (one of the reason we chose this resort.)

It was nice, there was a lot to do because of St Patrick's day weekend. Going back again this weekend. Hope to have a walkway to get to the beach from the hotel soon. The weather was marvelous. We had a wonderful time.
