Place was not clean floor was sticky, the bathroom smell like meldew and there was no cleaning service on the room.

Great customer service very accommodating. I can’t complain.

Room was nasty. never seen a housekeeper and cockroaches bad.

Upon walking there was a roll of toilet paper on the floor in the lobby , that should have been the first clue to run!!!! Total dump , there was hair and food in the beds, piss stains on the bedding and pull out couch. Sticky substance on the night stand, ramen noodle and a fork shoved in the couch. C*M stains all over the couch cushions ..just run !$!!! Will be calling for a refund

its a ****** motel the room we had stayed, in was terrible the door did not shut all the way and it was very sketchy and scary

DON’T STAY HERE! If I could give 0 stars that would be an under statement. We booked through Tripadvisor and arrived to check in. After entering the room the smell was unbearable and it was an unsafe environment. Transient people in the parking lot and on the balcony. Loud music from the next room as well. I immediately went down to return the key and informed the staff that this was unacceptable. They hesitantly accepted my complaint and said a third party would refund my money. I just picked up an email from Tripadvisor that they will NOT be proceeding with the refund. Bad business, bad staff and terrible environment.

Dirty room. dirty landscape. people digging thru trash. Bugs. Overall terrible would never book again. no coffee no vending machines. Over flowing trash bins. Terrible water pressure. Woulda rather showered at a rest stop than there. No soap.
