"The staff were exceedingly friendly and accommodating. They helped greatly. But please, try to address whatever is wrong with your systems. I was doubled charged for a bed and this still has yet to be resolved. People don't like to be charged double for things. Accidents happen but should be addressed in a timely manner."

"The hotel is close to the high speed and the parking space is very sufficient. We arrived at about 4 o'clock. The room we originally planned to prepare for us has not been cleaned. Later, the front desk said that we changed a room. The room was still quite clean. Hotel breakfast is 7 to 10 o'clock, there are not many varieties, but there is coffee, fruit, bread, yogurt, almost enough."
