It is not clean in the bathroom

The hotel we booked for the bus driver and the tour guide has a parking lot, which is convenient! ! It is quite cost-effective. It is rare to have a hotel with free parking in a small town.

The Kyriad Deauville hotel is well located 5-7 minutes drive from the beach. The receptionists are polite and accommodating. The cleanliness of the rooms is not always good. The bed is big and nice. There is a big TV. The breakfast is ok but there is disgusting industrial bread!! Too bad. The swimming pool is nice but access by ladders is difficult. And the deckchairs are dirty. Too bad.

magnificent hotel superbly well located, a warm welcome, with very understanding staff. dogs are accepted so just for that, a BIG thank you. we enjoyed our very short stay which was a great rest for us. we will not hesitate to come back.

Impossible to use the swimming pool, it was not "ready": disappointed in view of the photo linked to the hotel. Interior condition of the hotel a bit borderline (stain on the bathroom cabinet, light bathroom cleaning, very damaged hallway carpet, deteriorated bedroom door, dust). Not welcoming! Want to turn around in view of the price paid. Knowing that we had to pay on the spot for the breakfasts included in our trip reservation! Ashamed! Not recommended!

very disappointed with this hotel due to the dubious cleanliness of the sanitary facilities, very unpleasant smell in the hallway and the room, certainly due to the carpet which these days should no longer be. Indoor swimming pool absent, no outdoor terrace really bad. the photos on the site are really misleading, the outdoor areas very poorly maintained and bad surprise I have to repay my PDJ includes and settle at trip.com. Total disappointment

Expensive hotel compared to the services. Old hotel. Average room with shower without door so bathroom flooded. Musty smell throughout the hotel. Decent breakfast. Free parking. Very close to the racecourse and close to the beaches.

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement, le stationnement facile, la propreté, l'accueil et le petit-déjeuner copieux et très bon. L'hôtel est vieillissant nous avons eu un souci avec le pommeau de douche qui s'est détaché du tuyau. A revoir mais globalement très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous reviendrons.

Firstly, we found the staff to be pleasant however this is a very poor 3 star hotel. It needs modernisation. The location is not great if you are a tourist who wants to explore the local area of Deauville because you will need your car for this. However, if your business is horses then you are right in the middle of this farming industry.

A fuir ! Hotel dans un autre temps. Cet hôtel est sale et douteux, sans climatisation, personnel sans compétence. Vous entendez les bruits de couloirs et des voisins. La moquette des chambre n’est pas de première jeunesse. Si vous souhaitez passer une nuit blanche, c’est au Kyriad qu’il faut aller.

Très bon accueil Hotel bien insonorisé, Mais salle de bain vieillotte et à peine propre Le lit double est en fait 2 lits simples avec un sur-matelas ,du coup, j'étais seule et au milieu dans le creux Pour le petit déjeuner c'est que de l'industriel, dommage. Sinon le cadre est sympa et la situation est top, à 2km400 de la plage, à pieds le chemin est sécurisé.
