A nice and decent hotel with all amenities included, price is reasonable and room is spacious.

The hotel is conveniently located near Sakuragichō station. Room is bigger than expected. 👍 We didn't try the spa because they charge extra. Breakfast buffet was great, lots of different Japanese style options and even matcha ice cream 🍨😊

Probably one of the worse hotel we stayed in japan, very dated and few things in the room does not work... very confusing on check in too. Probably will look for somewhere else if we came back to yokohama.

For the price, the room is okish. But when I asked about the Onsen, the reception staff told me there wasn't any ... despite mentioned in the hotel description! Then I saw the conflicting notice about paying a fee for Onsen ... don't know whether it is available ??

Nice hotel! Very close to the station and it's very easy to find

The hotel is quite aged but maintains quite well. I am impressed. I arrived quite late and left quite early (stay less than 24hrs) so I couldn't check out much of the hotel amenities/ facilities.

Excellent location and breakfast with Haagen dazs ice cream and an interesting option of western and Japanese food such as bacon, eggs, miso soup, noodles, croissant . Spa only opens after 20:00 … very strange … The Japanese front desk was a very rough when I came in around noon and I asked in case I couldn’t do the check once if at least could do the paperwork. At least the Nepalese front desk was extremely polite and assisted me with the luggage.

The hotel is clean and very convenient if you wanna tour yokohama because it's near the tourist spots and amusement parks.
